Holiday Home “Les Glycines” with Private Terrace and Garden

Located in Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac, Dordogne, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, this 85 m² house welcomes up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be arranged together or separately, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy your own fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and two coffee makers (filter and espresso). The house features a private TV, washing machine, step-free access, electric heating with radiators in each room, and an extra heater in the bathroom.



Outside, relax in your private 350 m² garden with table and chairs for 8, sunshade, 2 loungers, and a private barbecue. You also have a private, uncovered terrace with an electric sunshade and a secure, gravel courtyard.



Parking is available on site or on the street. Four e-bikes are available during your stay, or a private rental service is nearby. Parties are not allowed. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



The property is easiest to reach by car. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be supplied on request for an extra fee. The house is in the village center, next to the church, with shops and services within walking distance. Nearby: caves, castles, natural sites, and culinary experiences. From October to April, extra heating may be charged based on meter readings at arrival and departure, for an extra fee beyond an included 4 kWh/day.
