Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Ideal für Menschen aus der Stadt. Sie wachen mit Vogelgezwitscher auf. Es ist die begehrteste Wohnlage in Völkermarkt. Direkt am Drau Stausee unweit vom Klopeinersee. Unter unserem Haus ist das Ruderzentrum, da kann man auch ein Biot mieten in dem Restaurant Hafenrast mit angrenzenden kleinen Hafen. Ihr könnt dem Fluss entlang oder ums Kreuzbergl spazieren gehen, angeln, Rad fahren mit den gratis E-Bikes.
Wenn Ihr Unterhaltung wollt gibt es täglich Programm am Klopeinersee. Vom Feuerwerk bis zur Wasser Lasershow am Do und Sonntag wenn es dunkel wird. Tanz Abende, Feuerwerk und vieles mehr.

Im Zentrum, neben der Post gibt es 2 Italienische Pizzerien, Don Carlo wurde schon mehrfach als beliebteste Pizzeria gewählt, sehr zu empfehlen.
Den Wochenmarkt mit regionalen Produkten gibt es am Mittwoch und Freitag Vormittag.

Die absolute Ruhelage und das Haus ist uneinsehbar. Wunderbar zum entschleunigen. Das beste an der Wohnung ist wohl das Badezimmer. Es hat ein grosses Fenster und vergoldete Armaturen. Ein Luxus Bad mit WC-Brause zum wohlfühlen. Gefolgt von der ADA Matratze, damit Ihr Euren Rücken kurieren könnt.
Aber auch die gemütliche 18 m2 Terrasse mit WPC Dielen lieben die Gäste sehr und natürlich den Whirlpool mit einem Glas Sekt am Abend und dem wunderbaren Blick auf den See.
