This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium in the heart of Clearwater Beach has breathtaking panoramic views of the intracoastal waterway from the living room and master bedroom onto the spacious 29 foot balcony.

This 1824 square foot unit with 10 foot ceilings has been beautifully decorated by an interior designer. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have King Beds. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Use of our poolside Cabana is included with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach toys supplied. Reserved undercover parking next to elevator for easy access.

Fully equipped with all amenities including HD TVs in living room and each bedroom. Free high speed WiFi internet access and free long distance calling. The fully equipped kitchen has maple cabinets, Corian countertop and custom pantry.

Best location

Perfect way to start and end the day by enjoying the view from the balcony. Very clean and enough room to fit all 7 of us. The building is located perfect walking distance to everything. Great communication with Patricia annd Steve. Would stay again.

Amazing amazing amazing

We love Harborview Condos and this condo was just as amazing. The pictures really don't do this justice, it is such a well maintained property. Comfy couches, comfy beds and nice amenities throughout. The beach locker was also amazing. We didn't need to bring a single thing for the beach from home, they have it all. We will be back!

Beautiful condo

This was a last minute decision as our 1st rental was destroyed by Hurricane Ian elsewhere. This is a beautiful, well maintained condo with a gorgeous view. It is located very close, but not in the thick of it all. Restaurants, shops, and beach are all within walking distance. We felt very safe and comfortable in this unit. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were absolutely fabulous to work with, answered any question and made the whole experience a joy. Thank you again, Pat & Steve

Beautiful sunrises, location and VRBO, AMAZING!

Steve and Pat made our check-in seamless and easy! They were there anytime we needed them...the condo is as described and with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, crock pot, pots, pans, silverware, beach toys & chairs, this made our whole family vacation simply wonderful! The balcony was one of our favorite locations...where we saw dolphins swimming almost every morning. The beds were so comfy - everyone slept great! Don't hesitate to book Steve and Pat's condo...the location can't be beat either. Hope to return again!

Hi, our names are Patricia & Steve Amitrano proud owners of this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. We reside in South Jersey close to Philadelphia (go Phillies!) Our son, daughter-in-law and their three children live in Florida and our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 children live just steps away from us in NJ. In order to share equal time for all, we decided to purchase and rent this magnificent unit with occasional dates set aside to vacation with our children and grandchildren at this luxurious Florida beach resort. Our goal is to treat our guests as family and provide affordable 5 star accommodations to all who visit.

Why they chose this property

Few beach towns have it all, but Clearwater Beach is one of those rare and precious jewels. Nestled on Florida’s west coast near Tampa, the area averages 361 fabulous days of sunshine per year. And it even holds the record for consecutive sunny days at 768! It’s no wonder why visitors from around the world flock to Clearwater to swim and sunbathe. A constant supply of warm weather (temps range from low 70s in the winter to low 90s in the summer) and close proximity to two airports (St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport) make planning a vacation here a no-brainer. The most popular spot on the sand, Clearwater Beach, offers lots to do. Stroll the half-mile Beach Walk where you can spend a day frolicking in the water, check out the surf shops, hunt for the perfect souvenir at a touristy boutique, or grab a bite to eat along the waterfront.
