The Krone Gottenheim is a fifth-generation family-run business offering an excellent restaurant as well as bright, tastefully decorated rooms in a modern country-style setting. Surrounded by nature and less than a 20-minute drive from Freiburg, the Landhotel Zur Krone Gottenheim offers an ideal base for travellers to the Black Forest.
Here, you can relax and unwind or conveniently coordinate your business appointments. The rooms and country-style guest rooms, decorated in soothing colours and furnished with great attention to detail, invite you to dream. Seven rooms were completely renovated as recently as 2017. Business travellers and connoisseurs, hikers and wine lovers, those on short getaways and city breakers, “Best Agers” and young couples, families, or corporate teams—they all love coming to the Landhotel Zur Krone and are warmly welcomed here with us in beautiful Gottenheim.
Our high-quality “Premium” rooms feature a small entryway, a cosy seating area, and a comfortable bathroom. The rooms offer plenty of space and are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds suitable for allergy sufferers. They are located on the ground floor and on the second floor of our guesthouse. Some rooms feature air conditioning and sloped ceilings.
