The apartment is located in a quiet, green area—in a very nice area.
It’s an 8-minute walk to the heart of the Old Town.
The living room has an open kitchen area. This allows for constant interaction.
The separate bedroom (with a double bed) features a large walk-in closet and
a desk for working from home.
The large, beautiful bathroom has a semicircular bathtub. A window makes it easy to air out the room.
There is a large closet in both the bedroom and the hallway.
A second storage room is located in the hallway.
The washing machine is in a niche next to the bathroom.

In front of the entrance is a covered porch that invites you to spend time outdoors.

The enchanting medieval moated castle is situated on a bend in the Inn River. A walk along the river offers a collection of works of art displayed along the path. The many romantic town squares, with numerous restaurants of various styles, invite you to relax and enjoy yourself. There’s also plenty to do culturally: - a theatre - a cinema - a film workshop - a fascinating museum - a castle!! - jazz concerts - and, for over 7 months, the wonderful Saturday concerts
