For shared use: large terraced garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing. Outdoor shower, hot tub, garden furniture. Breakfast possible (extra). Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3.6 km, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Moneglia" 4.7 km, shingle beach 4 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.
