About this property

Ocean View Updated Condo

The condo has been updated and decorated with original local art (including art by renowned artist Marta Gilbert), beautiful furnishings, and a gourmet kitchen. There are two "Smart TVs" (master bedroom and living room) with high-speed Internet access for streaming services.

Beautiful views of the bay and pools from the condo terrace. The condo looks straight out on the water and mountains, NO harsh sun on the terrace, so it is useable all day. Hairdryer in Master Bathroom. A full 5-galon filtered water bottle is provided at your arrival and is replenished during your stay as needed.

The kitchen has granite countertops, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, full set of pots, pans, dishes, flatware and wine & water glasses. We provide all towels and bedding including beach towels. There is a washer/dryer for your use.

Guest Amenities:
This is a gated community with staffed security on the grounds. There is a snack bar by pool with beverages, breakfast and lunch. There is a professional-grade fitness center which includes sauna and steam rooms for Gentlemen and Ladies, and tennis courts. Maid service is provided once per week for monthly guests. For 2-weekl guests, maid service is provided at the end of the first week. For 1-week guests, maid service can be provided upon request at $25 per cleaning.

Interaction with Guests
We have developed a personal welcoming write-up and email it to guest before their arrival. This write up includes many useful and informative tips about the condo, the locale, restaurants, events, local transportations, and more. A private property manager for this condo is available 24/7. This manger (or surrogate) will meet guests at Building C Lobby at arrival to provide access to the condo.

You are in the very quiet Marina District and close to Puerto Vallarta for enjoying the town, restaurants, art galleries and local scenes. There is a large variety of restaurants and cafe's in the Marina area, as well as shopping, a supermarket, and banks.

View from the balcony cannot be beat. Whales, yachts, mountains, beautiful pool and gardens not to mention Banderas Bay. Beautiful kitchen, lovely 2 bedrooms and beautiful artwork. Loved it would love to return.

Fabulous stay

The condo was beautiful with local artwork, and a well stocked kitchen. The views are great without having the afternoon sun, being able to sit on the deck and have coffee in the morning is so relaxing. The staff was very helpful. We love the grounds, the pool is great for relaxing or taking a swim. Will definitely return.

Grand at the Grand

This condo is even lovelier than the photos can describe. Situated at the Bayview Grand it has a balcony which overlooks the ocean and pools and is protected from the direct sun during the hottest part of the day. The condo is well equipped and comfortable. Because of the ocean breezes we used the air conditioning infrequently. We made use of the washer dryer. The grounds are beautiful and the complex quiet. The host and manager were easy to contact and attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this property.

Views that make you go "Aaahhhh"

Overall, we very much enjoyed staying at Barbara's property - it was relaxing and tranquil compared to the Velas Vallarta next door (where we stayed last year), so would look to return again in the coming year. I loved the overall layout of the property with the Master Bedroom and living room having balconies and the views from the balcony being simply spectacular. The large size of the Master bathroom shower was really appreciated by our family. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and appliances and we enjoyed having the drinking water provided. The pool was terrific and we especially enjoyed the homemade guacamole from the Snack Bar. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, highly recommended and we hope to be back next year.

Slice of Paradise❣️

From the moment we booked the room we received a warm welcome from the owner😊Barbara provided us with a list of wonderful restaurant recommendations and we managed to eat at 3, which were all top notch and made our stay that much more memorable. Make sure you provision a few items for breakfast on the balcony, best breakfast view in PV! Also a bottle of Prosecco for a late night whined down in your own private hot tub on the balcony😉 Once you walk through the front door and see the amazing view you know you are in paradise! That with the collection of some of the finest artwork from local artists, and all you would want in a home away from home you will not want to leave. Her manager Fernando was there to greet us on our arrival and gave us a through walk through, making us feel completely at home. The only disappointment was when we had to leave this morning to catch our flight home. We are already planning our next trip back❣️

The host manager met us on arrival and this was great. The Bay View Grande was everything we expected and more and the condo was located in excellent position to enjoy the complete pool area and ocean view. However the condo itself was beginning to show wear and needs some updating. The stove range top should be replaced along with the dishwasher. Living room furniture and deck furniture should also be updated. All these issues were discussed with manager and he agreed with our suggestions. If the updates were addressed we could upgrade our rating from good to excellent.

Really a nice, clean, very well-appointed and nicely decorated condo. The owner was in close contact with us and the manager made sure we had basics available to get us started. The Bay View Grand is a wonderful condo complex/resort in a quiet area of the PV Marina, away from the crowds and congestion of P.V. The Marina is within walking distance and the bus/taxis/Uber are readily available. Excellent, attentive, friendly staff, gorgeous grounds, safe, and perfect for families. The palapa accepts credit cards and has a decent selection of snacks.

Wonderful Beachfront PV Marina Condo

My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying in this beautiful and comfortable condo. Every morning we woke up to the sound of the ocean and coffee on the beautiful balcony. The condo was very well stocked and the Property Manager was amazingly helpful and prompt to respond to any questions or issues. BVG grounds were wonderful, and the huge pool extremely inviting. We loved the poolside cafe and service. Food and drinks were reasonable and very tasty! We hope to be back for another stay here soon!

Having lived here since 2001, I am very familiar with the art, food, entertainment, and shopping areas, and can provide first-hand non-touristy suggestions.

The property is cleaned throughout and all beddings are replaced after each guest's departure. A professional sanitizing team provides disinfection service inside the property BEFORE the arrival of a guest.
