The holiday apartment spans two levels (ground floor and basement) and features an open-concept layout, modern amenities, and a newly landscaped terrace with a fenced-in garden —perfect for relaxing and also ideal for guests with dogs.
A small dog (up to knee height) is welcome for a one-time surcharge of €60.00.

The living area, the open kitchen, and the interior shower room are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is small but well-equipped, featuring an oven, dishwasher, and fully automatic coffee maker—and, of course, everything you need for daily use.

The bedroom is located in the basement, offering wonderfully cool nights—especially in the summer—and a restful night’s sleep.

Schönberg Beach is only about 150 metres away. The popular Kalifornien and Brasilien beach sections are also in the immediate vicinity. Whether it’s long walks along the water, bike rides on the dike, water sports, or simply relaxing days by the sea—this holiday has something for everyone. Shops, restaurants, and bakeries are conveniently located about a 10-minute walk away.
