Holiday Home 'Petite Frégate' Near Beach and Town Centre
Holiday home close to the centre and the beach.
Located in La Turballe at the end of a cul-de-sac, this single-storey 50 m² house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Enjoy a living area with lounge (WIFI), an equipped kitchen (pod coffee machine), a dining space, 2 bedrooms (140 cm beds, 220x240 duvets, square pillows), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and separate WC. Outside, a private covered terrace lets you relax and dine outdoors on sunny days.
You can park 2 cars in the private garden. The garden is fully enclosed, so your pet will be safe (1-metre-high fence).
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra fee. Duvets and pillows are available.
A cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the house is spotless on arrival. It is not included in the reservation and must be paid on site via the booking platform.
The house is entirely at your disposal. Events are not allowed. Please leave the accommodation tidy before departure (clean kitchen and dishes, beds stripped, rubbish taken out).
