Haus "Marlis" welcomes you to Friedrichroda OT Finsterbergen in the Thuringian Forest. The 60 m² apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2025/26, offering comfortable space for up to 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children). You have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom at your disposal. The main bedroom features a box spring bed with an ergonomic motor system, while the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, electric stove with 4 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. For your comfort, there is high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV with video-on-demand, heating in all rooms, a washing machine, and self check-in. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-story house with a separate entrance.



Outside, enjoy your private garden and your own barbecue—perfect for relaxed meals in the fresh air. Public transport is conveniently nearby.



Two communal parking spaces are available on site, and street parking is also possible. There is a shared bicycle storage room. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. A video camera monitors the courtyard entrance and the outdoor parking area, but no recordings are made.



Finsterbergen, a prime spa town, is located right by the Thuringian Forest, close to the legendary Rennsteig, which you can reach in 4 km. Surrounded by spruce and beech forests, you will find hiking and mountain biking trails on a well-developed network.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz neu renoviert und sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung war topp - alles da an Geräten und Kücheneinrichtung, was man sich wünscht. Gute und nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und waren sehr zufrieden.
