Welcome to Acre by the Sea Guest Suite, your bright, woodsy West Coast vacation rental with stunning Ocean views, a serene location, and close access to Gordon’s Beach and many other nearby beaches.

The Guest Suite is a bright and welcoming space, designed for comfort and flexibility. Cozy enough for two, yet spacious enough for up to six guests, it offers the perfect retreat for families, friends, or couples.

Ground level private entrance; kitchenette with new live edge Acacia wood countertops; dining space; a comfortable living room; 3 pc bathroom with heated floors; a beautiful rebuilt Loft stair; sleeping on main floor or loft in deluxe Queen, Double and Murphy beds;

The large loft bedroom offers sleeping for 2-4, with a comfortable reading and games area, and spectacular ocean, sunrise and garden views.

The large loft bedroom with a reading/games area is accessed by Loft ladder/stairs.

Cable TV, WiFi, parking included, Nespresso and BBQ.
Non-smoking. No Pets.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

• Separate recyclables into paper bags provided under the kitchen sink. • Sweep the floors, and Turn off all lights.
• Return Keys to Lock Box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

For insurance purposes there are 4 exterior parameter security cameras. Any tampering with the cameras will result in immediate eviction.
No shoes worn inside suite Turn off exterior lights at night. Protect counters by using cutting boards, hot pads and glass under induction burners.
