Sondern is located right by the water: the boat dock, lakeside promenade, RB 92 train station, and bus connections are all within easy walking distance. Free parking is available directly at the house. Signposted hiking and cycling trails run around the lake, reaching Attendorn or Olpe. Olpe town center, with shopping and dining options, is only a few minutes away by car.



The accommodation has been modernized to a high standard and offers a bedroom, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area all on one level. The bedroom features a double bed, and the sofa in the living area can be used as an extra sleeping space. The apartment accommodates up to three guests. The train station is about 30 meters from the Weiße Flotte dock, where lake cruises depart from April to October. Diving, sailing, surfing, stand-up paddling, and fishing are all possible around the lake.
