This is a new condo, which is purchased in 2014. Finishing of the condo and purchasing furniture is made with a company, which professionally engaged in the design of interiors.
The balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea, the pool, the beach and coconut palms. Excellent sea views also from the living room and kitchen. There is outdoor furniture on the balcony - sofa with coffee table, dining table and chairs. The balcony is located on the North side. There’s sunshine in the morning and in the evening.

Here are all the conditions for relaxation, pleasure and enjoying the sea. This is the perfect place for an early morning jog or walks along the beach. The complex has round-the-clock security. Here is a gated community; the area is only available for owners and guests of the apartments.
