LOOK NO FURTHER!! Stunning new 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom Condo on Beautiful Lake Windermere. This luxury condo easily sleeps 6, making it convenient for 2 families or a large group, to enjoy their time away together. It is ideal for families / boating and golfers who want separate rooms.
Only a 2 minute drive to the beach or the marina and a short walk to the charming downtown of Invermere with its quaint shops and restaurants. Situated close to multiple stunning golf courses. Take a short scenic drive to Panorama Mountain Village(15-20 minute drive) for great winter skiing and summer activities.
This modern condo is fully equipped with a Fridge/Freezer, Stove and oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Living Room with large Dining Table which seats 6. Washer/Dryer in suite for laundry. There are two large Flat Screen Televisions, with a DVD player.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, flat screen TV, walk-thru closet and En-Suite Bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed with cupboard space and sliding doors leading onto a small balcony where you can enjoy the mountain views. The third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. This Condo is fully Air Conditioned.
All Linen, Cooking utensils and cutlery are provided.
Cable TV with free WiFi. Beautiful Balcony with a Barbecue and seating area where you can enjoy the stunning mountain or Lake views, underground parking and ample on surface public parking.
The complex has a stunning Swimming Pool and 2 Hot Tub(open year round). Surrounding the pool is an Entertainment area for gathering as well as a Fitness Centre.
Great location for enjoying the natural surroundings. The Lake is on your doorstep, nearby Hiking, Bird Watching and Horseback riding. Amazing golfing within a short distance. In the winter there is amazing Family skiing at Panorama a short 20 minute drive as well as nearby snowmobile trails. Enjoy skating on the lake on the world famous Lake Windermere Whiteway (the longest skating trail in the world) Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont are an easy 20 minute drive away.

The condo was very clean, quite large and had everything we needed. I didn’t need to communicate with the owners while there but beforehand they were very responsive. Great location, nice pool and hot tubs and very close to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay with family. Condo is clean and updated with a nice pool facility and gym are. Location close to James Chabot is great to get to the beach. Highly recommended

Myself and 4 kids had a great stay at this property. Pictures as advertised. Clean. And kitchen well stocked with all the dishes you need. Dining table is expandable which is a nice convenience. Unit is centrally located. James chabot beach is a short walk away. And kinsmen beach and Main Street is a short drive away. We only used the hot tub and did not get to use the pool as there was damage to it that required repairs. Unit also had beach equipment in the closet. We did not use it as we brought our own. Would stay in this unit again.

Very good accommodation.

The condo was very clean with ample dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was exactly what we needed. Great access to the pool using the stairs right outside the door of the condo. The pool and hot tub are very clean.

Lovely Condo

Very clean and up to date furnishings and beds were comfortable, a spacious unit. Two balconies GREAT location We had trouble getting the entrance codes on checkin VRBO put us up in a nearby resort. Owner was apologetic and compensated us for our inconvenience. We all would stay there again.
