We have “A NO CONTACT” check in and check out procedures. We have an open air walkway leading to your private entrance to your condo.

Luxury condominium at hotel prices! Enjoy coffee in the morning on your private balcony with Ober Mountain in the distance. At night you can see the Space Needle & all the lights of Gatlinburg without the noise. We're only a few blocks away from all of the activities; You might also enjoy a nice quiet walk in Mynatt Park, which is only a few blocks from our condo on Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. We have very comfortable accommodations with a king bed that has a pillow top mattress. Our linens are top quality to give you the ultimate night's sleep. We also have a pull out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room that will accommodate a couple or a small family. The private balcony overlooks the mountains and we have coin operated laundry facilities in the building. Seasonal gas fireplace. We would like to emphasize that we are a privately owned condo not a hotel room; and we would love for you to be our guest. Our belief is that if we treat our guest the way we would like to be treated that you will come back & hopefully have one of the best vacations ever!!!

This was the perfect getaway for us!! Great communication, clean property, privacy, and great amenities. Precisely what we wanted for our getaway. Tub was the favorite and we loved how close we were to EVERYTHING! I wish we could have stayed longer, plan on coming back again!

Perfect location to walk Gatlinburg

Unit was compact but had everything you need to sleep comfortably, and use a kitchen if you'd rather not eat every meal in restaurants. The best part is that large waterjet tub sized for two. All of town is walkable.

The condo was amazing. The linens and bed were too of the line. Perfect for couples with small children or just couples. Perfect location to town and the owner was so easy to work with. Everything was just as advertised and better. So relaxing and we will definitely stay here again.

Tiny and efficient

Its affordable and the perfect size for 2 adults and possibly 1 small child or 2 small children. Nice view. Walking was a little further then hoped but doable. The big tub is very nice, bed comfortable. Living room is cozy. Pool was nice and heated. Would stay here again.

I'm working in the bristol area and had to vacate my room for the weekend for the race.I found this nice cozy condo and it worked perfectly. I've been going to gatlinburg for years and this location is actually really nice.go out the back steps and it's an easy walk to the strip.no complaints. Thanks again patty.

Great location and cozy stay

We all loved the in room jacuzzi. The location is perfect for accessing downtown Gatlinburg and also having an easy drive into the park. Beds were VERY comfortable (even the pull out). Pool wasn't too cold (July). To be honest, it felt a little bit cramped for 2 adults and a child on the days we tried to do any real cooking. We've learned from other stays to use plastic plates/bowls/silverware which helps. Overall, a great stay!

Our romantic get away

We enjoyed our stay the condo was very well decorated plenty big enough for two The jacuzzi was my favorite it was huge ,The bacolny was nice too great very of space needle.Location was close enough to town to walk but take the back the steps in back of condo .We figured that out the day after we walked the hill. The owners was great for communcating.We called them they responded right back within minutes. I was impressed and plan to stay their again

Loved the idea of being so close to downtown Gatlinburg, Convention Center and the Space Needle. We can park our car when we arrive and walk no worries about traffic.
