A Beautiful Cabin on a Nice Wide Creek! FREE WiFi/ ROKU TV

If you need a place to get away from all the stress, look no further 'Laurel Creek' is where you want to rest! This cabin is charming and has a great view of the creek.

We have security cameras outside of cabin and are notified when guest arrive. All alarms will be turned off, upon arrival. Only outside camera will be active 24/7

No party's are allowed and if more than allotted number of guest stay overnight, deposit will not be refunded.

We have installed a whole house water filtration system, so no hard water that tastes and looks bad or has odors. Installed 10/20 /18.

The smoke-free cabin is decorated very tastefully with country charm. You can sit back on one of the rockers and take in a nice book, or just take a swing on the porch with a loved one with a nice cold glass of lemonade, while listening to the rippling creek.

There is a wrap-around porch with a private porch off the master bedroom, a great view of the creek! The kids will love the creek, just look under a few rocks and discover all sorts of critters. Bring a pole and try some fishing, no license is required.

You might even see a beaver or turkey depending on the season.. Leave some corn for deers as they do come in the yard to feed and drink quite often.

End your day by relaxing in the jacuzzi on our deck, while doing some stargazing!

Such a lovely cabin for our March trip to the mountains. We were lucky enough to experience all four seasons in one week! LOL! But it was so peaceful to sit and watch the snow on Monday then feel it come back around to 70 and sunny by the end of the week. Close to fabulous hiking. Murphy is a cute town with wonderful restaurants - we will absolutely come back to this cabin.

Such a cute place and perfectly located to all kinds of outdoor activities! Plenty of sleeping space for six (although there were only two of us and a puppy.). The puppy loved all the room outside and had the best time running in circles on the wrap around porch!Checking in was as easy as it can possibly be.The kitchen has everything you need including a full-size coffee pot which is always welcomed for my husband as he doesn’t like Keurig coffee.

We enjoyed the cabin, access to the stream, hot tub, etc. The location was convenient and it was easy to get to some good restaurants, breweries, and even a neat putt putt location! We saw some wildlife and had a great stay. The only issue we had was that we kept having to jiggle the toilet handle or the water would keep running & that caused some water pressure issues.

This was my second stay at this cabin. I love the location, but it wasnt as nice as the last time I stayed. The hot tub was dirty, there were hardly any amenities (ran out of toilet paper, no dishwashing soap, no shampoo or soap in the showers, etc). We were also asked to check in late due to the maids being late. Then, they tried to charge me extra at the end for a trash fee, this was after we washed the dishes, started the laundry, and took out the trash.

I am sorry for the issues you encountered. If you would of called me i could of taken care of it right away. We never told you to check in late, i just ask what time you will be arriving because the housekeeping team was running behind. You even responded that you were stuck in traffic for 2 hours and would be arriving late. The cleaning team was finished upon your schedule arrival. It was a fill in cleaning team and they must of overlooked some of the stock. We apologize for that and will reach out to our cleaners to let any fill in to do a better job. As for the trash, it says in our rental agreement that all trash must be removed and taken to trash sight or there will be a $15.00 fee charged by the cleaners. If you would of contacted me all the issues would of been resolved.

Hello, we are Tim and Kathy Shearer and are the owners of Laurel Creek Cabin. We live in sunny south Florida with our three beautiful daughters. We love the warm weather and beach here, but we also love to get away and go to the mountains and stay at Laurel Creek. We decided to let others stay at our lovely cabin in 2004. Of course many of our close friends and family jumped into the offers we gave to them. They all loved it and that's when we opened it to all to enjoy. Why they chose this property

We decided to buy in this location because of it being in the tri-state area, meaning within minutes to TN, NC, and GA. We also liked the peacefulness and all the many places to see and do in the area. We had been coming to this area for five years and decided just to buy since we loved it so much.

On site fishing, tubing, and wading in the creek along with the campfires at night roasting marshmellows and star gazing in hot tub
