Stone barn 360 ° view of the Luberon and the Vaucluse mountains

Character stone barn in quiet hamlet. Renovated, nice decoration. Very beautiful view overlooking the Luberon. 4,5x11 pool fully secured by a fence with standards.
This house is the former Sheepfold my grandparents that I completely renovated. It is ideally situated on a promontory and she has done a fabulous view.
In front of a hamlet is quiet. The rooms are spacious and well away from the game 'day' which enables everyone to live at their own pace.
The Whirlpool tub in the large upstairs bedroom (40 m2) is a more indisputable.

emplacement exceptionnel, belle maison spacieuse mais prestations pas au niveau du prix

Les + :Emplacement exceptionnel, dans les hauteurs, au calme, aéré, avec une magnifique vue panoramique, belle maison spacieuse, terrasse agréable Les - : Vétusté de nombreux matériels (chaises de jardin branlantes, plus de compartiment bouteilles dans la porte de frigo, serrure grille près de la piscine cassée, impossible de faire fonctionner le bbq), entretien insuffisant de la piscine en période de canicule (filtrage très léger, eau rapidement trouble, pas de pisciniste qualifié), aucune installation pour permettre de disposer d'ombre en bord de piscine, Problème d'odeur au premier étage rendant insupportable de dormir dans la chambre. Réactivité du propriétaire néanmoins pour remédier à ce point. Conclusion : si le lieu nous a permis au final de passer un agréable séjour, des prestations pas au niveau du prix pratiqué

Bonjour Madame Je suis sincèrement désolé que vous ayez eu ces contrariétés. J’ai pourtant été réactif : plombier qui s’est déplacé un jour férié pour résoudre le problème des odeurs, jardinier qui est venu déplacer le parasol près de la piscine et qui a réglé la filtration…). J’ai bien pris en compte toutes vos remarques pour y remédier. Je suis tout de même content que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour grâce au lieu. Je vous remercie d’avoir choisi ma maison et aussi pour vos remarques qui me font progresser. Cordialement

Beautiful views and house!

We loved our stay in this beautiful house. The sunsets are mesmerizing, inside and outside areas are very comfortable and the pool is super relaxing. It's always a bit windy up there, so it can get cool on fall evenings outside, but then you got a cozy inside couch area to withdraw to. We did a lot of cooking and the stove and oven are amazing, wish there were some sharper knives around ;P But apart from that, everything was perfect! We'd love to come again!

séjour très agréable

demeure restaurée avec gout et très bien agencée pour 3 familles et 4 enfants, une salle de bain entre les chambres des enfants est juste une très bonne idée et vraiment pratique. 3 toilettes. et 2 salles de bains, le top!! il ne manque rien dans la cuisine, et la cheminée ouverte permet de passer d'agréables moments... sans oublier l'accueil et la disponibilité ...bravo!!

LE CALME ET LA VUE

Aucune surprise à l'arrivée, la description est conforme à la réalité. Par contre, la vue, c'est encore mieux "en vrai". La Bastide est propre et très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. On peut partir directement pour d'agréables randonnées et se baigner au retour dans une piscine à 29°. Quant à la restauration, on mange très bien au restaurant de Viens "Le Petit Jardin". Et surtout ne manquez pas Valérie et son camion les lundi et mercredi. Elle cuisine + que bien et on s'est régalé en mangeant ses plats préparés. Une dernière chose à noter, le calme. Bref, d'excellentes vacances!!! A renouveler.

Superbe maison

Nous avons eu une semaine très agréable en May dans la maison "Bastide de Ninou". C'est un lieu très calme, dans la nature et où on peut se reposer très bien. Nous avons aimé en particulier la belle vue panoramique de notre grande terrasse. Cette maison dispose de très bons équipements, aussi dans la cousine. Le propriétaire est très gentil et nous voudrions bien revenir dans l’avenir.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons loué la bergerie 3 semaines en août et avons été très satisfaits de la location. La maison est très agréable, au calme, et peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes. La vue panoramique est impressionnante et on ne se lasse pas de la contempler de la terrasse et de la piscine. Mention spéciale pour l équipement bebe (lit en bois a barreaux, lit parapluie, chaise haute, petite baignoire, pot, rehausseur, jeux), cela n est pas régulier de trouver une maison équipée et cela nous a bien aidé avec des enfants en bas âge. Bref, pas d hésitation, la Bergerie est un lieu très agréable pour vos prochaines vacances.
