We Visited Panama City Beach Every March – Staying Each Time at Celadon. We Loved the Area and Celadon So Much We Purchased a Condo of Our Very Own! We Would Love to Have You As Our Guest So That You Too Can Experience Everything This Quiet, West-end Location Has to Offer - Emerald Waters, Beautiful White Sand Beach, Spectacular Sunsets, Marine Life, Water Sports, Shopping, Dining and Entertainment.

Our Newly Updated Condo:
• is Beachfront With a Private Balcony. From the 16th Floor You Can Watch Dolphins, Schools of Fish, Sting Rays, Sea Turtles or Manatees Swim By. Views of the Beach and Sunsets Are Amazing!
• includes Beach Service (Two Chaise Lounge Chairs and Umbrella) March 1st - October 31st.
• has a Fresh, New Look. New Flooring, Appliances, Décor, Light Fixtures, Mattresses, Bedding, Window Coverings and Paint Throughout
• sleeps Six Comfortably. There is a King Bed in the Master Suite, a Queen Murphy Bed in the Living Room (no Uncomfortable Sofa Sleeper!) and Built-in Twin Bunks (for the children only).

There is a Covered Parking Ramp (4 levels) Across the Street With a Climate Controlled Walkway To/From the Condo Complex.

If You Enjoy Water Sports, You Have Plenty of Options! Just Steps from the Condo You May Rent a Jet Ski Or Paddle Board. You Could Also Go Parasailing, Enjoy a Catamaran Or Banana Boat Ride.

The Best VRBO we have ever stayed at!!

We had a truly fantastic stay at this condo! The property was even more amazing than described and pictured online, and we particularly loved relaxing on the private balcony overlooking the beautiful water. Our host was a highlight of the experience - communication was seamless, and the instructions were very clear and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this beautiful property for a perfect VRBO experience.

What a view !

Dan and Ann's condo was in a word AWESOME! Super clean and well equipped and the view of the clear gulf was spectacular. Got a chance to meet Dan as he took care of a minor maintenance issue. Would not hesitate to rent this space again. He also has another unit upstairs if you need more space and it's super cool as well. Thanks Dan and Ann !

This is our third time in this same condo. We are always impressed with the owners and the condo. It is clean, convenient, and has a well stocked kitchen. There are many conveniences, including the comfortable Murphy bed and the added pantry space. We highly recommend this unit.

We are regulars in PCB but this was our first time staying in this particular condo and it certainly won’t be our last. The condo was beautiful and outfitted with everything we could ever need. The view and balcony were fantastic and we had our meals there. The condo was plenty spacious and modern and fresh. Dan was amazing and just a phone call or text away. We will return!

We absolutely love this condo! It was so clean and it had everything we needed. For a small space it felt very roomy and never crowded. The views are gorgeous. Dan was amazing to book with and so friendly. He responded quickly and asked if we needed anything to let him know. We will definitely be going back!

Relaxing Getaway

Another great trip to PCB! The property was perfect and had all the comforts of home, but with spectacular ocean views!! Meticulously maintained and very tastefully decorated. Dan and Ann were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were always very responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely book this property again.

Hello! We are Dan and Ann, from northern Minnesota. We absolutely love living in Minnesota - and take advantage of each and every season. We love to snowmobile and ice fish in freezing temps as much as pontooning, fishing and swimming when the weather is warmer. We purchased our condo at Celadon, fulfilling our dream of owning piece of paradise at the beach. We invite you to be our guest so that you too can enjoy this property and the beach as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Ann's parents retired and chose to winter in Panama City Beach, at Celadon. Every March we joined them. We loved the area and Celadon so much we decided to purchase a unit of our own! Celadon is located on the quiet, west end of the beach - and is very family-oriented. There is less traffic, congestion and noise yet located so close to numerous shopping (Pier Park is minutes away), dining and entertainment options. The amenities here are fabulous as well - with two pools, two hot tubs, a tennis/pickleball court and a picnic area with charcoal grills. And lastly, the property is superbly maintained. We looked at numerous other condos and couldn't find anything that compared to what we have here at Celadon.

What makes this property unique

Someone always draws the short straw and ends up sleeping on the sofa sleeper. Not the case in our unit! Dan custom built and installed a Queen Murphy bed in the living room - with a new, pillow top mattress for your sleeping comfort! He also built a pantry in the kitchen for extra storage space. If you choose to cook a bit while on vacation, you will have lots of room for your groceries and cooking supplies!

Dan also custom built the dresser and night stands in the master bedroom!

We take great pride in our home at Celadon and absolutely enjoy every minute we are there. We invite you to make this your home for a while and are convinced you will enjoy every minute as well!
