Joe was very helpful, especially when the TV didn't work, and he had the leaking sink in the bathroom fixed the very next day. The condo had every amenity that we could have asked for. Loved overlooking the beautiful pool and beach. Had a wonderful time !

Great property, very clean and well appointed.Great location, right across from Johns pass.Great restaurants and bars.We really enjoyed the Bamboo Beach Bar.The view from are balcony was fantastic.Great walks on the beach each morning and evening.

The condo had AWESOME views! The ocean front sunsets every night were fantastic! Condo was very comfortable and fully stocked (minus drinks). Even had beach chairs and an umbrella. We will rent again for sure. Location was great! Close to shops and food.

I bought my condo in 1998 and every year have added something to make it more comfortable. The unit has tile throughout, the kitchen has been upgrade as has the baths. Doors and window were replaced a couple of years ago. We love to come here to relax and enjoy the gulf. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
All stays are Saturday to Saturday

Why they chose this property

You can't beat the location, there's dining, shopping and the greatest beach around. If you don't like the sand there's a heated pool with lots of chairs and umbrellas.

What makes this property unique

You don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to there's plenty of variety in dining and shopping. There's two grocery stores within five miles Winn Dixie and Publix. If your into water sports there's charter fishing, dolphin watching, parasailing, jet ski rental, and just swimming in the gulf.
