House is located on a small cove on Narragansett Bay. Deck overlooks marsh with variety of birds and other wildlife. Wonderfully quiet - listen to the waves on the shore, wind in the trees, birds, etc while you enjoy your morning coffee.
Spent my childhood summers on the little beach.
Came up for a wedding and wanted to stay in the neighborhood.
Great location to Jamestown, Newport and downtown Wickford!!
We loved the location of the cottage, which was in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood - granted it was mid-September. The nearby private beach was a gem. We enjoyed spending time on the deck overlooking the beautiful cove. The cottage was small, neat and clean, which was all we needed!
For us the location was perfect. We put kayaks in from the backyard and explored the area from there. The beach, a short walk from the front of the house, was clean but small, which wasn’t a problem as there were never many people there. We were there to enjoy a vacation on the water and we did.
My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights, it was so beautiful. The check in process was very easy, the house had everything we needed. The views of the bay were absolutely incredible. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Charlie was very responsive with the few questions we had. Definitely recommend

Comfortable with a great open floor plan and a great water view and water access
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable cottage. It had all the furnishings and fixings needed to make our stay comfortable. The back deck was perfect for our morning cup of coffee and family gathering time. The water view was awesome and the private beach was an added bonus! The location is ideal for all the great attractions R.I. has to offer. We will definitely rent this cottage again.
Beautiful property! Quiet & tranquil.
Stunning back view!
This lil cottage has everything you may need for basic accommodations.
North Kingston has everything a outdoor active person would want, hiking, biking, & fishing. And, there’s much more to explore.

Our second stay here in a year and we loved every minute. The cottage is simple and comfortable with a view of a serene Narragansett cove, and that's all we need when we are spending time with our family. The location is the star of the show here. The cottage is nestled on a grassy and wooded property and a two minute walk to a lovely beach. It is very close to Wickford and many other beautiful destinations. The host was responsive and very nice. We will be back!! Thank you!

Thank you for the kind words! The reasons you described are why we return ourselves every summer for several weeks, and why we have kept the property in the family for 3 generations! We enjoy sharing the cottage with our guests!
Staying here is not just a visit to a beach house, but also entering a beach life for your stay. The neighborhood is full of very friendly people and pets who will make you feel welcome. The house is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The beach is gorgeous and you will see something amazing in every direction. This home and this area is perfect for a relaxing vacation and for a boating and sporting getaway. A great value and experience. Many thanks and we hope to come back soon.

We loved our stay. Our 5 family members had a cozy relaxing visit together in this modest cottage with one bedroom and a curtained off second bedroom. The cottage is set amongst towering oak trees overlooking a beautiful Narraganset Bay cove, in a lovely neighborhood where we took many beautiful walks, and enjoyed the little sandy beach just a few yards away. The
cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable. The weather was chilly (even snowed one day) and the heater kept us toasty. It has a large front deck where we barbecued quahogs we dug locally and oysters from Potter's Cove.
The manager was friendly and responsive and we would like to come again soon!!
warm.

Relaxing, great view!
The best part about the property is its location. The view from the deck was fabulous! It was very relaxing to sit outside, sipping a cold beverage, watching the birds or the other neighbors enjoying the water. The house is small and rustic but we knew that going in. Meal prep was challenging due to lack of counter space and could have used a couple of frying pans. The bathroom was mostly renovated and everything was in working order. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We love that our dog could come with us. We would definitely return.

We are so glad you enjoyed our cottage! Yes, we love the view off the back deck, and that is where we spend most of our time. Sorry that you found meal prep challenging. We usually use the dining table for some food prep (peeling and cutting vegetables etc.), to alleviate the crowding in the kitchen. There was an electric fry pan, and a couple of stove top fry pans the last time we did inventory. We will get those replaced immediately, if they are missing, and not just in the back of the deep cabinets!
We would be glad to have you back again!

The cozy cottage was in a great location & perfect size for the two of us. Peaceful setting, great neighborhood and easy access to everywhere in the state, which made it easy to visit with family & friends.
Having lived in North Kingstown for 4 years, we were already familiar with everything the South County area has to offer. ( Beaches, seafood & Italian restaurants, shops, golf courses etc. ).
We especially loved being out on the deck. The awning was a plus and we were able to be outside even when it rained.
I was also pleased that the cottage was very clean, and enough towels were supplied. The only thing we needed one day in the kitchen was pot holders, couldn’t find any.
We enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved the location. Was a total bummer when we first arrived. 3 of us spent 45 min. Sweeping sheets of cobwebs and other debris from around the front door/porch and the back deck. This made a very poor first impression. Only silverware was plastic. Shower is what you might expect in a camper.very small. No extra blankets.

I am sorry we made a poor first impression. A storm had just come through and tore many leaves and twigs from the trees. I do apologize for the condition of the landscape. We do have a well stocked silverware drawer under the coffee pot. The property is a small cottage, not a camper.
Perfect place to relax and renew. Honestly with the view off the deck and the private beach just a short walk away there was really no need to leave.
The house is adorable and has everything you could need. Kitchen is well stocked, bed was comfy.
Owners are responsive to questions and accommodating.
We would definitely stay again.
Our stay was very enjoyable. All the kitchen appliances and items are in this kitchen. We went clamming, fishing, and mussel hunting. Everything at your door step. Golf courses were close by and Newport is just across the Jamestown Bridge.
We had a nice stay. The view is lovely. The neighborhood beach was quiet and the neighbors we met were friendly. The cottage is small, the shower is very small, but it was comfortable. We would return.
