A Wonderful Break

The place was just as advertised. A short taxi into PV. The pool and beach was perfect. A perfect get away from WA weather! Check in was easy and manager available for questions. I would stay again.

A lovely place

The property is well-situated about 6km from PV. The pool area is clean and the pool is a decent size for swimming. The palapa was still under construction so can’t comment on that - looks like it will be good though. The condo unit was very spacious and well-equipped - comfortable beds, full kitchen, BBQ. Bus to PV is about 15mins directly into Zona Romantica. Only drawback is no grocery stores nearby.

Beautiful condo with amazing views and perfect location

We loved our stay and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony. The condo is nicely furnished with Mexican in every room including the patio furnture on the balcony. The beach is amazing and the staff is nice always smiling and ready to help with any question you have. Thank you.

Los Palmares visit

Great condo with a great location! The condo is well stocked. I would recommend adding two small items, a BBQ basting brush and a set of measuring cups. Other than that, awesome!

Relaxing and beautiful beyond expectations

This 7th floor condo at Los Palmares is spacious, tastefully decorated, and ocean facing. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed eating out on the balcony, spotting whales most mornings, swimming and sunning at the beautiful pool below, and walking the beach. The pool area is excellent, much better than others we have enjoyed in PV. What a wonderful and peaceful way to experience Puerto Vallarta and the bay!

Nice condo with great view

We enjoyed our stay- we did feel isolated as only 1 restaurant was within 10 mins walking, otherwise needed to take taxis or bus to go into town for dinner everynight. The Palapa was under construction so it was closed to phone orders which came out on paper plates covered in plastic-closed Tuesdays- Sun does not get on the pool until after 12:00 -small beach area to walk on- this info would have helped us- some people like to be away from it all and this would work for you.

Best location, beach and views!

My husband and I enjoyed everything about our return to Puerto Vallarta after many years. After exploring PV, the highlight of each day was returning to this exceptional condo. When you open the door to the sound of the waves and ocean view it is just the best place to be. The sunsets were some of the best we’ve ever seen. The Mexican furniture, artwork, tile floors and huge balcony make it extra special. It is well stocked with everything you need. The complex is beautiful, secure and quiet. It feels secluded yet still close to town and sights. The beach (which was our favorite of all we visited in PV) is swimmable but never crowded. The pool is fabulous too. We absolutely love it and want to return soon.

Lovely and Quiet

This was the perfect condo for our family. This was our second time in PV. The first time we stayed in the Romantica Zone, which was fun to be able to walk out the door and onto the Malecon, but it was so loud at all hours of the night. This condo was just out of town and was perfectly quiet. The ocean waves at night were so calming. The condo itself was just absolutely lovely, the artwork, the decor - we loved it all. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful and the building felt very safe. It was a perfect vacation for us. Thank you for letting us stay there.

Wonderful Place

Condo was wonderful and suited us perfectly. The restaurant was a disappointment with it’s hours. We knew in advance but was hoping near holidays longer hours. I can’t stress enough the quality and maintenance of this complex. Host and Property Manager were easy to contact and answered quickly. To sum it up……would definitely return in a heartbeat!! Thank you for allowing us the pleasure of staying in your condo!

Prime Condo , Prime Building, Prime Location

This is a well appointed , tastefully decorated ,well laid out condominium with exceptional ocean views. A key for us was both bedrooms are primary rooms with direct ocean views and balcony's. No one gets a secondary room at the back of the unit. Another asset is the attached restaurant with very good food, unfortunately it was under repair but open for lunch and breakfast . There is a large pool and beautiful beach. All a ten minute taxi to town. 5 Stars!

Ocean front Condo Southshore

The property was great. It was right on the beach. The beach was beautiful. I have an Xfinity pool a couple of hot tubs. The set up outside was perfect. The only issue was we did not find the instructions with the information on who to contact if there was a problem, and they were a few small problems until two days later. The front desk was not helpful. Neither was VRBO.

Vacation on March 2024

The condo was exactly what we need and even more that what we expect..Not to far town but very quiet, very clean and right on the beach!. As we are two women travelling alone, we felt completéy safe at all time on the site. The only problem was with Layo who supposed to drove us to the airport. He never showed up and we are never unable ti rich him after the first communication call . We ended up taking taxi but it was a stressfull experience’. Except that, we love our stay and would go back any time .

Amazing Christmas Vacation - No Stress!

My husband & I stayed at this beautiful condo with our 2 adult children for a week during Christmas. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made a great choice! The front of the property is gated & we were greeted by the friendly attendant who checked us in quickly. We were provided with information about the gym, on-site restaurant (open for breakfast & lunch), beach access,etc. & then we were on our way. It was such a nice surprise to find out that the condo was even better than the pictures! We had tons of room for our family of 4 & it was a great layout with the bedrooms separated by the main living area/kitchen providing plenty of privacy. Our favourite feature was definitely the wall of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the living room to the oversized balcony where the view & the sounds of the ocean below were incredible! We even saw a whale on our first day! The condo was well stocked & also provided beach towels, sun umbrellas, beach chairs & boogie boards. Housekeeping came 2 times during our stay. The property itself is beautiful & very well maintained with an amazing beach and infinity pool which was never crowded. I think this may be the nicest beach in PV! Los Palmares is a bit outside the busy tourist areas, but a cheap taxi/Uber was always available to go into town for great dinners & shopping. This was our first VRBO rental so we really appreciated the prompt response to our questions prior to this wonderful trip.Thank you Jeanine & Victoria.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo in South Shore PV

If you are looking for a Mega Resort where the Oceanview is from afar, it takes 10 mins from your room to actually hit the beach sand and you have to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve a chair by the pool.....then Los Palmares is not for you! If you are looking for a more private, peaceful location on of one the most beautiful beaches in PV, this may be your sweet spot! This amazing Beachfront condo is located in the upscale South Shore on Punta Negra Beach, a quick 10 minutes from Romantic Zone/Downtown. The bus runs every 10-15 mins and there are also cabs right across the street. This is a 7th floor unit with stunning panoramic views. There are balconies off every room. Everyday we enjoyed cocktails, meals, the sound of the surf, breath takings views and beautiful sunsets off the large main livingroom balcony.....Spectacular! The unit is nicely furnished with a Mexican flare, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to meal prep. If you do not feel like cooking, or going to town to eat, there is an onsite beach front restaurant that is exclusively for Condo Owners and their Guest. The beds are extremely comfortable and the only downside to this unit is the Livingroom Sofa . It is a concrete built in sofa with a thin cushion. Very uncomfortable to say the least. Since there is not TV's in the bedrooms, and we wanted to kick back and enjoy the TV that had every channel ( for every Country! ), we just brought the patio lounge cushions in and built it up so we able to sit on it somewhat comfortably , and made due. We have been to PV many times so we do not do much site seeing/adventures, but we enjoyed the large oceanfront infinity pool that only has a handful of people at any given time, taking our walks on the long stretch of beautiful sandy beach and playing in the warm ocean water. We hit the onsite gym a few times too, for good measure :) There is 24/7 man managed security, and the grounds are maintained impeccably.

Great response to issue with guest toilet.

Mostly quiet, had windows open always. Great location for sitting and watching the surf. Only problem is that the restaurant is not open earlier and later. Wonderful to have it no matter the hours.

Beautiful Location

The condominium is spacious, comfortable, clean, and the ocean view and sounds are truly wonderful! The beach is quiet without the crowds of tourists and the attached restaurant serves excellent food as well as the beach restaurant nearby. All of the staff were friendly in this very well managed and cared for building. We loved the location away from the crowds and noise of the city but could go there when we wanted to by simply hailing a taxi on the street which are always driving by. We enjoyed the near by eco park for a river hike and ziplining and also a visit to neighboring beaches and the marine park. Our evenings were spent in the warm infinity pool watching the sun set over the distant rocks. A relaxing and refreshing holiday for those who want peace and quiet and a get away from the busyness of normal life.

Really enjoy our stay here! The only downside is location for eating out or buying groceries which is a ways to get to the Romantica Zone. We have taken the bus, taxi and uber into town...
