This cabin is so cozy and has everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing stay on the river. The hosts are the nicest people and make sure you have everything you need. Looking forward to visiting again!
Jerry was very hospitable and everything was just as stated. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of our stay here on the banks of the Flambeau river. Communication was excellent and Jerry was great to deal with.

They were a wonderful father son hunting team that I would welcome back any time.
Nice place to get away from things. Spend some time under the trees and along the river. Jerry is a very welcoming host.
Phone service is definitely sketchy in the area so make sure you have the directions down before you get too close.

Nice and peaceful
Thank you so much for a peaceful, relaxing stay at the "Little House." The cabin was nice and homey and we loved the fireplace. Cabin offers everything you need to make you stay stress free. I loved waking up in the morning and only hearing the geese on the water. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again. We will be back again in the future.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We hope to you and/or your friends again.
Jerry was a great host. He lives next door and was great to talk to. He was sure to make our stay comfortable but was careful to not be intrusive.
The location is great for snowmobiles. Access to the trails is close by and they were in great shape. We were able to ride 460 miles over 3 days. If the opportunity were to arise we would stay here again.
We haven’t had a family vacation in a long time- so one of our needs was just to be able to enjoy and disconnect from the outside world. This place lets you. The Wi-Fi works to where you don’t feel so secluded and you can watch a movie or whatnot, but also there is a delay with Normal scrolling… this is not a bad thing! I loved it because it forces you to put your phone away and relax. We read books, played games, explored Ladysmith, got ice cream, paddle boated, fished, and relaxed on the deck a bit. My children found tree frogs, toads, and enjoyed the hummingbirds. I truly enjoyed this little house :). Jerry was so kind and asked if we needed anything daily. Our children are already talking about coming back next year. I loved the fog on the river, in the mornings and the garden they had as well. My heart is happy from being able to enjoy this little house on the Flambeau. Thank you.
We had a wonderful stay at the "Little House on the Flambeau"! It was quiet and comfortable with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We really liked being able to sit by the campfire right along the river. At night it was neat to walk out on the end of the dock, look up and see all the beautiful stars! We felt so welcomed by the hosts! We have already booked for next Fall and can't wait to be back!
So many fun things to do. Kitchen had lots of pans, pots, silverware, etc.
Kods LOVED the pedal boat and the proximity to the lodge (swimming raft). Thank you for a great stay!!
We had a very nice long weekend to start summer staying at this sweet cabin on the Flambeau River. It was a wonderful home base for our canoeing and hiking adventures! Would definitely go back… we appreciated the provided canoe and loved having fires at night with the river in the background. Thank you to Jerry and family for your hospitality!
The cabin was well furnished and very comfortable. Jason was very friendly and attentive. It was the perfect weekend getaway and we will be going back next year.
We have stayed here before /it’s our anniversary getaway -So beautiful ! Caught fish on the lake…enjoyed a night next door at the Lodge…The cabin is quiet, private and cozy - we absolutely love it and will be back next August!❤️

The Little House was our home for 10 years. After our son moved in with us, we put up a bigger home upriver about 30 yards, in the woods, to the north. It has worked out well, as now we should be able to greet you as you arrive.
