02 bathrooms, Living room, Dining room, separated kitchen & 02 bedrooms apartment; 80m2, silent, well illuminated by indirect sunlight all over the year. Kitchen hydraulic and all electric installations rebuilt in 2003 (safe and tranquility in the staying). Repainted in October 2007. Bathroom/toillet rebuild in 2008. Lovely decoration partially renovated in 2008, for the pleasure of living in. Strictly residential/familiar condo (familiar oriented rental), 04 apartments in each floor. 600m2 garden opposite (condo's rear) apartment view. Similar areas in both the 2 opposite next-door buildings. Renewed equipments, including a stainless steel 06 pieces pan set, a new stove, and a 370 liters frost free refrigerator with a freezer. Strictly familiar rental.

Nice apartment in great location!

This apartment is in Copacabana, just a 9 minute walk to the beach. Really close to the metro and in a really nice and safe area. The apart itself is pretty large and the ac unit in the master bedroom worked great!

Flat very dirty and a very rude host

When I checked in, the flat was in a completely unacceptable level of cleanliness -mould in the fridge and bathroom, the floor was covered in sand from the beach, hair on the floor, dust everywhere -the flat was obviously not cleaned between guests -only the bedding changed. When I contacted the host and asked him politely to send someone to clean the flat, he sent a very rude voicemail inferring we were complaining just to get money back -he said the flat was very clean and he would just send someone for a couple of minutes. I then sent him pictures of the state of the place and a cleaner was organised to come .He expected me to be waiting in the flat for her-meanwhile sending several rude messages . Finally his son, who was very polite came and waited for the cleaner, who took over four hours to make the flat acceptable. When we returned at 8pm she was still there cleaning ( we’ve checked in at 1pm) this was very stressful and wasted a great part of our holiday time. At no point did he ever apologise or acknowledge the situation. As a host myself with 2 properties for rent, I know the levels of service and politeness that are expected of hosts, and our treatment was completely unacceptable. It was very disappointing and stressful start to our stay.

Próximo de tudo , super limpo e silencioso, muito aconchegante, Sr João é um excelente anfitrião, fomos bem recepcionados pelo seu filho, é bem próximo a praia , ao metrô, ao arredores vi bastante policiamento. Com certeza alugarei de novo.

Location is great. The condo is ok.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with one full size. It has one full bathroom only and one half-bath with a shower that is unable to be used as water comes out of it all the way to the kitchen floor. There is NO laundry room as shown on the website. The furniture is older, but the bedding is very old; we had to buy blankets and pillowcases; the ones there looked dirty. There were tiny ants everywhere in the place, bathroom, kitchen, and rooms. They gave us only one roll of toilet paper only and a towel per person, so we had to buy our own things, including towels for the beach. The location was great, within walking distance of the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants. Communication with the owner was fast. I would not stay there again.

perfect location

apartment is clean, bright and airy. very quiet on nice street. restaurants and bakeries within a block. 24hr doorman/security always on duty. tv/internet worked perfectly. A great price in a great location. Quiet and convenient for everything. I will stay again!

PONTOS POSITIVOS Localização; Alfitrião ( sempre que solicitado respondeu com rapidez e flexível nas solicitações); PONTOS NEGATIVOS * Falta total de acessibilidade ( NO ANÚNCIO FALAVA QUE TINHA ACESSIBILIDADE) Começando pelo prédio com duas rampas, sendo a que se encontra no interior do prédio muito ingrime e da entrada do prédio muito perigosa.Os elevadores do prédio muito estreitos para uma cadeira de rodas, sendo que o elevador que era mais largo, tínhamos que solicitar para ser ligado a cada saída. Portas dos quartos e do banheiro. apartamento muito pequenas, impossibilitando da cadeira de rodas passar ( por sorte trouxe meu andador e tive uma grande ajuda da minha esposa). * Banheiro auxiliar; Banheiro simplesmente inunda o corredor do prédio se ligar o chuveiro. Tivemos que secar o corredor, quando os vizinhos falaram que aconteceu várias vezes. * Toalhas e roupas de cama disponibizadas; Previamente foi falado para o anfitrião que seriam 4 pessoas para 13 dias e apenas foi disponibilizado 4 toalhas e 2 roupas de cama. * Limpeza do apartamento; Apartamento sujo, empoeirado tinha uma assadeira suja dentro do forno do fogão.

O apartamento é amplo e bem localizada. Leva 15 min a pé até a praia, ao redor tem bastante restaurantes e estabelecimentos e em 5min fica a estação mais próxima de Metrô. Não faltava nada no apartamento, está bem equipado e era bem limpo. Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia lá.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar gut

Wir waren als Familie (5 Erwachsene) zur Silvesterzeit in diesem Appartment. Die Lage ist wirklich super, Supermarkt, Restaurants und die Nähe zur Copacabana wirklich klasse. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter bekommt eine Bestnote ! 5 Sterne ! Preis-Leistung zur Silvesterzeit war gut und daher die gute Bewertung, brasilianische Bestnote!
