We met and fell in love in the home that was formally here. We owned and operated Coconut Coast Villas next door for 15+ years. St. John is our passion as well as travelling, hiking, surfing, food and just embracing the gifts of life. As part of our journey we were married and held our reception at Three Palms and Coconut Coast Villas. The moon lit night will not be forgotten with the sound of the waves and music inter twinned. It is a magical spot and we created our family dream home in 2009 which we christened Three Palms. We are now fortunate enough to have such an awesome Villa as a respite from our busy lives.
Our journeys have taken us too many beautiful and amazing places with our favorites being Costa Rica, Maine, Colorado and Switzerland. Wherever we go St. John is the standard by which we measure how magical a location can be.
We currently live on the Space Coast of Florida where we can play in the waves and easily catch flights back to St. John.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to build a waterfront home on St. John that captured the sound of the surf and provided views of the Caribbean Sea from every room. Additionally it was important for us to be near Cruz Bay so that we could walk to our favorite restaurants and beach bars. Three Palms has exceeded our expectations and provided our family with the ultimate home base to explore St. John. We love this Island. The National Park Beaches, snorkeling and hiking trails are like no other place on earth. Let us share our home away from home with you.
