Designed to be your home away from home, Center Beach 2500 blends the comfort of a private residence with the five-star service and luxury touches inspired by the world’s top hotels. With space to accommodate up to 14 guests, it’s the perfect retreat for families and groups.

Luxury Inside & Out
From plush linens and premium mattresses to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and elegant living spaces, no detail has been overlooked. Floor-to-ceiling sliders showcase incredible ocean views, while spacious living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) feature leather seating, cocktail tables, and large flat-screen TVs for relaxing together.

Dining & Entertaining
Enjoy meals at the beautiful dining table that seats 8, with room for 4 more at the counter. The chef’s kitchen, updated with top-of-the-line appliances, is stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining.

Your Private Tropical Oasis
Step outside to a covered patio overlooking your private pool and hot tub. The hot tub cascades into the pool, which also features fountains, bubble jets, and (upon request) a removable safety fence for little ones. Fire up the Weber natural gas grill—with sear station and side burner—for the ultimate cookout. The patio is perfect for entertaining with a dining table, chaise lounges, and plenty of seating.

After a sun-filled day, retreat to the master suite, where a king bed with hotel-quality linens and a 55" TV await. The suite features a spacious, professionally designed walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and ocean views.

We had an absolute blast the location is perfect right off A1A nice neighbors and an amazing owner so friendly! The pool was relaxing and so nice to soak after a long day. House was clean and fresh smelling linens clean and abundant. Would absolutely rent again we even loved the iguanas Running around the neighborhood.

We stayed in the house this past summer in June. It was my two kids with their spouses, and their two kids each so my four grandkids. The house was amazing very well stocked very well taken care of and the kids had a blast in the pool. We were very close to the beach Ronnie the house manager is super attentive and everybody was very nice and we had a wonderful stay. I thank the owner and the manager for making our summer a great one. I highly recommend this house
