Just 3 minutes from Mt. Snow and 5 minutes from the charming village of Wilmington. Our vacation home is rustic yet elegant, warm and comfortable, the perfect place to enjoy the Deerfield Valley with family and friends. A gourmet kitchen complete with granite, a stainless steel 6 burner Jenn-Air gas range, a stainless Kitchen-Aid refrigerator, soaring 2 story great room with floor to ceiling windows, gas fireplace, custom crafted barnwood dining table and 2 master suites complete the main floor. The primary suite has a newly renovated bath including radiant heat floor, shower sprays and a cedar lined closed. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms that each sleep 3 on gorgeous log beds with a newly renovated shared bath with a heated floor. The lower level features warm wall to wall carpeting, 50 inch flat screen tv with comfy sectional sofa, sauna, fitness room with eliptical, treadmill, pilates & yoga gear, selection of free weights, pool table indoor spa and full bath. Mountain style log beds create a warm, fun, family friendly mountain retreat! Sawmill Village is minutes from Mt. Snow, Stratton, & Magic Mountain ski resorts. Lake Raponda and Mt. Olga State Park provide beautiful hiking, biking & fishing areas. Charming restaurants & shopping are just 6 miles away in downtown Wilmington. Mt. Snow offers a variety of festivals and events throughout the year including live music, mountain biking, a spring Reggae Fest, summertime Angry Orchard Festival, Harvest Wine Festival in September, Oktoberfest, winter Downhill Torch Light Parades and more!

Fun and relaxing Thanksgiving week

This is a beautiful house with lots of rooms and spacious areas to spend quality time with your loved ones. The sauna and jacuzzi are definitely a plus. We truly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately from the beginning we heard noises of rodents walking in the ceiling of the upper floor. Later on we found feces and traces of rodents' activities in the laundry room. The last day we actually saw a little mouse the came running from behind the washer machine. We took pictures that we can share with you. We would like to receive a monetary compensation from this disturbing issue that we faced.

Girls weekend

Perfect house for a weekend away with friends! So close to everything, really great restaurants! Trail 87 and the Sawmill Bar and Table were our favorites. Would def go back!
