Comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath unit on the river with room to relax. Circular, gas fireplace adds additional grace and comfort. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen bed with an upgraded mattress, where on a cool night you can listen to the river. Dark plank hardwood floors and an open plan add to the attraction of this wonderful property. Flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, stereo and DVD player.
Remodeled kitchen includes granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, and beautiful cabinetry. Plenty of space to prepare meals to eat on the deck overlooking the river. Dining table comfortably seats 6 and breakfast bar has 3 stools. Common area includes a large deck on the river with a gas grill to enjoy a BBQ.
Master bedroom has a king bed and additional flat screen TV. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king. The bathroom is remodeled, with a free standing ceramic sink and Jacuzzi tub/shower combo.
Aspen and Snowmass Village are a short bus ride or drive away, convenient for skiing or just hanging out. Basalt, also just minutes down valley, is home to the Frying Pan River, another gold medal fly fishing river. Free bus transportation stops immediately in front of the condo and is super easy to navigate. The 42 mile Santa Fe Bike Trail down the Roaring Fork from Aspen to Glenwood Springs, famous for its hot springs, also passes adjacent to the condo’s parking lot.
The notorious Woody Creek Tavern is only 3 miles down the road and worth the trip. Bring your cash as they do not take CC’s or checks!
Aspen, Snowmass Village and Basalt offer many choices of activities, restaurants, shopping and cultural events. There are many quality fly fishing guides and outfitters up and down the Roaring Fork Valley.

GETTING AROUND: Please check out rfta.com or call 970 925-8484 This is the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority. Shuttle buses stop adjacent to our parking lot.
Look up the schedule for Woody Creek. Our stop is River Bend. The shuttle will bring you to The Brush Creek Park and Ride, where you switch to a bus to Snowmass or Aspen.The stop in Aspen is Rubey Park Transit Center. An easy walk to the ski area.
