Totally independent apartment entrance, parking, garden in old family house of the seaside renovated and converted into 4 apartments.
Residential area very quiet near the beaches, the city center, the marina, shops and public transport. Downtown Larmor Beach and Lorient and Casino within 2km. Seaside at 100m and 5 sandy beaches between 800 and 1500m. Nautical center of Kerguelen at 3km (board, dinghy, catamaran, surf ...)

Nous sommes satisfaits des vacances dans cette location. Hervé a été réactif. l'appartement est resté frais quand les températures ont été chaudes! la terrasse est agréable. la déco est soignée. La taille du four et 2 plaques de cuisson sont un peu juste pour cuisiner pour une famille de 4. Conseil par rapport à la localisation et la période d'aout, c'est difficile de se garer en voiture au centre ville où se trouvent les animations et plages donc prévoir une location de vélo. il y a une piste sympa qui longe le littoral. On gardera un bon souvenir de ces vacances !

Famille très sympatique qui suite à un incident matériel c'est montrée très compréhensive. Nous les recommendons sans réserve. L'utilisation de vélos est effectivement conseillée notamment pendant la période du festival, la ville ayant largement aménagé la circulation dans ce domaine.

Ideale locatie als je met fiets bent. Larmor plage zelf ligt wel op 5 minuutjes rijden met de fiets. Intermarché en Leclercq vlakbij. Met de fiets tot Port Louis, Lorient, la voie verte des Kaolins. met de auto naar Carnac, Gavrinis, Pont-Aven,...

Appartement agréable, spacieux. Petit jardin sympathique avec possibilité de prendre tous les repas sur la terrasse. Premiere plage à 18 mn à pied. Nous avons pris la voiture pour aller jusqu'a la plage du Loc'h à Guidel. Sejour vraiment sympa mais attention aux matelas un peu trop mous pour qui est fragile du dos.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. War immer erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert. Hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Wohnung hat unseren Vorstellungen und der Beschreibung entsprochen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: bessere Matrazen bei allen Betten🙂

Vacances très au calme, dans un logement agréable, joliment décoré, très fonctionnel et très propre. Taille parfaite pour 3 personnes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit jardin. Proche de la plage de Toulhard, notre plage préférée.

Appartement très spacieux, très bien équipé et très calme, proche à la fois du port de plaisance et à quelques minutes d'un centre commercial. Par ailleurs excellent rapport qualité/prix. Tout ceci nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour et de découvrir une superbe région.

déception !

Je ne retournerai pas dans ce sous sol sombre et sentant le renfermé. Le logement est bas de plafond. Il n'y a pas de wifi ni de lave vaisselle et la kitchenette est étroite. Pour le prix, c'est exagéré. Je m'arrête là.

Appartement bien aménagé et suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes. Petite terrasse pour profiter du soleil, à 5 minutes à pied d'un centre commercianl et lotissement très calme. Propriétaire très accueillant et pour un prix défiant toute concurrence.

Je conseille vivement endroit calme tranquil propre et frais

C est la première fois que je réserve une location et j en suis très contente j aurais toutefois aimée être pas loin de la mer et pouvoir m'y rendre sans prendre de voiture

Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation mais j’avoue ne pas comprendre car l’appartement est bien à 100m de la mer à pied ou en voiture avec un chemin piétonnier aménagé au bord de l’eau menant à la marina ou la Cité Tabarly. Par contre les plages de sable sont entre 800m et 1200m comme indiqué sur l’annonce.

FORMIDABLE

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Larmor Plage. L'appartement est bien situé dans une maison calme et un quartier résidentiel agréable près de la mer (à pied) et près des commerces et du centre (en voiture), et nous qui faisions aussi des excursions dans d'autres sites nous avions un accès assez facile à la N165. Nous avons apprécié le bon accueil et le respect du propriétaire à l'entrée et à la sortie de la location. Nous avons bénéficié d'un climat favorable, ce qui nous a permis de profiter du jardin et du barbecue, et c'est vraiment un plus ! Dans le cas contraire, l'appartement étant au Rez-de-jardin aurait peut-être été frais et humide.
