Enclave 204 is a second floor, 4 bedroom unit featuring a private balcony with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Our spacious 1800 square ft unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, ice machine, washer and dryer, while the master bathroom includes an oversize tub with separate shower and double vanity sinks. Two elevators are provided for your convenience.

Our guests have full access to the new gulf-front zero entry outdoor pool, beach-side sun deck, indoor pool, and outdoor grilling area. On the beach there are umbrellas and padded lounge chairs available for rent. Searching for grocery stores, shopping and restaurants? Look no further than right across the street! ENCLAVE 204 is one of the few 4 bedroom beachfront condos in Orange Beach in a low density building. Since there are only 66 units, you're never elbow to elbow with other vacationers. There's no waiting for elevators or for space on the beach - what you would encounter if staying at one of the 'mega' complexes.
Unobstructed views of the beach and outdoor pool and convenient location to stairs make this the ideal location.

Check all surfaces, drawers and under beds and seat cushions for personal belongings ... Empty all trashcans in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen and dispose trash down the trash chute
Leave all ceiling fans running ... Clean and fold up pack ‘n play and high chair if they were used and put back in master bedroom closet ... Thanks!

Easy check in. Well-stocked kitchen. Not much room in the sand equipment closet. Wish the second king room had its own bathroom. Would stay again!

Why they chose this property

As a child, my family's annual vacation always took us to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area so when my own family decided we would like a place at the beach, we knew exactly where to go!

What makes this property unique

We especially like being able to simply walk across the street for a morning cup of coffee and a steaming, powdered sugar covered beignet from Cafe Beignet. It's also really convenient to have a grocery store across the street when all of a sudden there's no more milk in the fridge!
