Solda is a very nice and beautiful mountain environment. Isabella reacted responsive. The apartment is somewhat aged and offers great value for money. We appreciated the location and parking spot.

Very close to the ski slops, local restaurants and bars. Ski rental downstairs and very friendly and helpful ski rental owner- Thoni :). Ski bus stops at the property. Very good communication with the owner, flexible check in/out. Very clean place, kitchen well equiped. Good value for money.

Purtroppo il mio commento non positivo si riferisce a come hanno lasciato l’appartamento. In disordine, la cucina piena di pezzi di pane per terra e sul tavolo, per non parlare del bagno dove mi sono trovata il water intasato di escrementi perché utilizzate salviette non biodegradabili… Gli ospiti non avevano avvisato del problema e mi hanno causato un grosso problema con gli ospiti successivi. Sono cose che possono succedere ma sarebbe stato educato e corretto avvisarmi in modo da organizzare lo sgorgo e la pulizia.

Im Erdgeschoss ist ein Bekleidungsgeschäft. Die dort angestellten Damen hatten täglich an den Hunden herum zu meckern. Die Bewohner/ Urlauber in Sulden sind doch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Die Damen im Laden haben seinen Hundekot weggeräumt, nachdem ich ihnen gesagt hatte, dass man das vor dem Haus und auf dem Parkplatz nicht machen sollte. Sie haben es dann einfach gemeldet. Er ließ seine Hunde auch im Flur und vor der Haustür pinkeln, was einen unglaublichen Gestank verursachte. Wir mussten den Teppich im Eingangsbereich mit einem Hochdruckreiniger reinigen. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass die Wohnung mit Haaren beider Hunde bedeckt war. Ich würde ihn definitiv nicht als Gast empfehlen.

Presupponendo che il luogo non è adatto per una vacanza estiva ma adatto principalmente per vacanza invernale, condominio con ingresso in moquette con cattivo odore. l’appartamento ha una miriade di difetti: vasca invece di doccia con doccino inadeguato e impossibilità di agganciarlo al muro per la doccia;moquette vecchia e non igienica, mancanza di prese elettriche e accrocchi vari. Non ci torneremo di sicuro

Das Appartement ist in toller ruhiger Lage. Nicht gerade modern, aber dennoch sauber und ausgestattet mit allem was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Isabella ist sehr nett und unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich bin wirklich zufrieden und komme gern wieder.

La struttura è accogliente. Il monolocale è ideale per un gruppo di quattro persone. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e gentilissima. A pieno terra c'è un negozio di noleggio sci e di abbigliamento. Sicuramente consigliato per chi vuole passare una vacanza a Solda

Klein aber gemütlich

Der Aufenthalt war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage im Ort ist super. Die Wohnung ist einfach gehalten, aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Fotos zeigen genau was man bekommt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

L’appartamento è raccolto e in una posizione ottimale anche se si vuole dimenticare di avere una macchina. Per noi che mangiavamo fuori era perfetto. Abbiamo passato giorni meravigliosi a esplorare i dintorni servendoci delle varie funivie presenti nel paese. Una terra incantata!

Freundliche, fast freundschaftliche Aufnahme. Gut eingerichtetes Appartement. Ruhige Lage, die Umgebung wunderbar. Der Ort Sulden ist noch nicht touristisch überlaufen, für Bergwanderer viele Pisten und attraktive Seilbahnen.

Ho scelto Solda per la sua altitudine e il buon innevamento delle piste anche in Marzo e oltre. bellissima vacanza a Solda

Bellissimo paesino, fornito di tutti i servizi necessari, e circondato dalle montagne. Offre ben tre strutture tra cabinovie e seggiovie, e molteplici percorsi che portano ai vari rifugi. Bellissimi parchi giochi per i bambini. L'appartamento è funzionale, pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario e confortevole. Disponibile posto macchina. La proprietaria gentile e simpatica ci ha fornito molte "dritte" sui posti da visitare. Consigliato!

Fr. Tedesco ist sehr nett, schnell im Beantworten von Fragen und unkompliziert. Das Appartement ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen. Die Angabe 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer ist irreführend, da man davon ausgeht von einander räumlich getrennte Zimmer vorzufinden. Dem ist aber nicht so. Alles (Betten, Schlafsofa, Küche) befindet sich in einem Einzimmerappartement das durch einen Vorhang unterteilt werden kann. Im Appartement gibt es kein WLAN. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind super und ein Skiverleih ist direkt im Haus.

Danke Andreas, aber die Wohnung ist wie auf dem Foto abgebildet und wie beschrieben. Es gibt zwei Räume, die durch einen schweren Vorhang getrennt sind, wie es in der Ankündigung heißt. Selbst das WLAN ist in der Beschreibung im entsprechenden Teil der Anzeige nicht enthalten. Offensichtlich haben Sie die Anzeige nicht aufmerksam gelesen. Beste grüße

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht auch als vierköpfige Familie. Da wir mit einem großen Hund angereist sind war ich begeistert das es einen Aufzug gab. Vermieterin war total nett nur leider die Dame aus dem Bekleidungsgeschäft unten scheint etwas gegen Hunde zu haben und war sehr unfreundlich. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einem gemütlichen Apartment.
