3 - rooms apartment 45 m2 on 2.nd floor, nice and rustic funishing: living/dining room 14 m2, with open fireplace and TV. One room with 1 bed, Gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 130 - 180 cm, with 1 double bed. One double bedroom, kitchenette (microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (from October till April with supplement per m3). Please note: only one dog (small size) accepted
The access to the terrace is at aproximatly 50 meters.
The village is at 7 km from Pescia where you can find supermarkets, Hospital, pharmacy, post office, banks....

"We recently spent an ama...

"We recently spent an amazing two weeks in Antonios' beautiful house. We were met by his parents Diana and Gigi who are two of the most wonderful, helpful people that you will ever meet. The house was clean, comfortable and functional and completely met with our requirements. The views are absolutely stunning, rolling mountains and eagles soaring at eyes at eye level. The terrace has the sun on it from dawn until early evening, relax and enjoy!! Just a short drive from Pescia, where you can enjoy the local pool at San Lorenzo and many shops and great places to eat. Oh not forgetting the most delicious Gelati, mmmmmmmmmm. Easlily accessible is the Autostrada making it practical to visit many famous and fabulous cities."

Wohnen mal ganz anders

Als wir ankamen, waren wir erst mal überrascht. Nachdem uns etwa 15 Wildschweine direkt am Ortseingangsschild begrüßt haben, parkten wir auf dem großzügigen Parkplatz vor dem Ort. Dort wurden wir von den bereits auf uns wartenden Vermietern herzlich in Empfang genommen. Da das Dorf nicht befahrbar ist, ging es nun etwa 200 Meter durch schmale Gassen und kleine Tunnel weiter bis zur Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügte über alles Notwendige. Die Fenster waren sowohl mit Fliegengittern als auch mit Läden ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist über eine kleine Treppe zu erreichen und weist nur eine geringe Deckenhöhe auf. Aus dem Steinhäuschen hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die grünen Berge. Die Terasse ist etwa 50 Meter entfernt und schnell zu erreichen. Gern haben wir dort in der Sonne gefrühstückt und die Aussicht genossen. Aramo ist ein sehr idyllisches Bergdorf mit guter Anbindung an die nächstgrößere Stadt Pescia. Dort sind genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir haben unsere Ferien in Aramo sehr genossen! Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Dorfbewohner waren ebenfalls freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Kleine Wohnung im malerischen Bergdarf

Sehr malerisch gelegen und in 0,5-2h zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Nordtoskana und zum Strand. Allerdings recht klein und nicht so dafür geeignet, seine Tage in der Wohnung zu verbringen. DER Vermieter, Antonio, war super freundlich und hilfsbereits. Tauschte einen defekten Kühlschrank umgehend gegen neu aus.

Wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und seiner Mutter waren top. Vielen Dank nochmal im Nachhinein. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung; es fehlte an nichts. Das alte Bergdorf sowie die Natur ringsum sind sehr schön. Trotz Tagestemperaturen von bis zu 40 Grad konnten wir als Norddeutsche dank nächtlicher Meeresbrise, die nachts stets durch das Tal zog, bei offenen Fenstern gut schlafen. Das hatte ich in Italien vielerorts schon anders erlebt.

"l''alloggio si trova in un contesto meraviglioso, a picco sulla valle. il proprietario è davvero gentile e molto disponibile. ci sono un po'' di tornanti da salire per arrivare alla casetta, ma d''estate l''altezza è un grosso vantaggio perchè rispetto alla valle ci sono 4 o 5 gradi in meno. consigliatissimo."

"If you want 5 star accom...

"If you want 5 star accommodation with ready access to restaurants and theatre then this is not the place for you. If however you want an inexpensive, clean, quiet place in a sensational setting with wonderful atmosphere then this is the spot. The drive up from Pescia is narrow but that keeps the tourists away. We were well looked after and felt very comfortable in our 1000 year old castle. If we get the chance we'll be back."

"C''est un gite sympathiq...

"C''est un gite sympathique, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le seul bémol concerne l''accessibilité. La terrasse n''est certes pas très loin du gite, mais elle est en contre bas, et il est très difficile d''envisager y manger. La gare n''est pas très loin, mais elle est très mal desservie. Il faut se rendre à Lucca, une vingtaine de km. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, et nous ont aidé à porter les bagages. Dans le gite, il n''y a pas de lave linge, et il n''y a pas non plus d''étendoir à linge. Mais dans l''ensemble, il correspond à ce à quoi nous nous attendions."

"La location est très agr...

"La location est très agréable, dans un petit village médiéval calme en montagne, la vue est magnifique, la campagne autour superbe( avec des tas de chataignes à ramasser à cette saison!). C'est très dépaysant et reposant! Le propriétaire Mr M. fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux, et fournit même du bois pour la cheminée! Nous avons eu à faire à ses parents à notre arrivée et notre départ pour la remise des clefs, des personnes vraiment charmantes . L'accueil est donc super aussi, ...le seul petit bémol est la literie, mais on s'y habitue et le propriétaire nous a dit qu'il allait la changer. De toute façon, c'est largement compensé par tout le reste!!! Nous gardons bien l'adresse et comptons y retourner pour d'autres séjours en TOSCANE!"

Casa molto confortevole, nella tranquillità della zona collinare in un contesto geografico meraviglioso con ottima vista. Un pò carente nella posateria, mancanti teli da bagno (presenti solo asciugamani normali e ospite). L'unico disagio in cui si può incappare è nella non possibilità di raggiungere la casa con mezzo di trasporto in quanto paese pedonale e adagiato sulla collina con pavimentazione di ciotoli tipica. Ma comunque incantevole

Here I produced some olive oil from the olive trees that belong to my family.
