Amazing villa

Beautiful villa in a very quiet spot overseeing the golf. Lots of terraces for drinks in the evening, big salt water pool, sunshine all day. Will come again!

Lovely restful holiday

This was the fourth year we have holidayed in this area, each one arranged through this website, and I can recommend this villa. It has very good access, parking, it's in a peaceful neighbourhood and has excellent views across the golf course and out to the sea. We just loved sitting on the patio in the evenings, with a glass of wine of course! looking out over the views. The villa itself is spacious, well equipped and nicely presented. I found the owner was very helpful, professional and easy to deal with, always reassuring to know when you are dealing direct. There is lots to experience in Ste Maxine and the surrounding area, whether you like siteseeing, great restaurants, the beach - La Nartelle is only 5 minutes away by car, or sailing the Golfe de St Trooez - the centre in Les Issambres (10 Minutes by car) offers lessons or rentals. With in easy access you can visit medieval towns such as Grimaud, Mougins, Eze or St Paul de Vence ( we haven't trekked west yet!). My family enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks in this villa and we would consider this one again when we return.

Grande maison confortable au calme

Tout s’est très bien passé, nous avons pu passer des vacances reposantes dans cette belle maison avec tout le confort attendu ainsi que les équipements très complets ( bbq cuisine plusieurs terrasses …) qui rendent le séjour vraiment agréable.

Très bon contact, la visite et la remise des clés sans problèmes. Une occupation familiale que tous nos voisins ont apprécié. J'aurais plaisir à les accueillir de nouveau. Très attentionné, il nous ont évité une fuite d'eau sur un arrosage automatique. All is perfect.

Incroyable !

Olivier et son épouse sont accueillants et très disponibles. Au moindre problème, il suffit d’appeler et la solution est trouvée. La maison est magnifique, l’emplacement est idéal et la vue est indescriptible. Je recommande ++++ Nous avons passer un magnifique séjour.

Tolles Objekt, super Vermieter…wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Olivier war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen sehr geholfen. Das Haus ist toll und der Pool wunderbar. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbar

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, groß genug für 8 Personen u. die Küche hat alles was man zum kommen braucht, sogar noch ein bisschen mehr. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schön, ebenso der Pool, schmeckt übrigens nicht nach Salz auch wenn es Salzwasser drin hat. Ein tolles großes Haus.

"Une très belle maison, avex une superbe vue dans un environnement calme. Les locatairs, Mr et Mme Vayssieres sont aussi très supportif pour organizer quelque détails qui font un sejour agréable (femme de menage, lit bébé etc.) C'était la troisième fois que nous avons loué une maison à Ste. Maxime, et c'était sans doûte la meilleur maison!"

"Very nice and warm welco...

"Very nice and warm welcome from Mr and Ms VAYSSIERES, who came from Paris to hand over the property for the first tenants ever. House is really nice and well equiped, lots of space everywhere for relaxing. Good view over the golf course onto the sea (St. Tropez is easily visible). The suroundings are pretty - walking to Saint Maxime takes roughly 45 minutes so a car is important to have. We spent an excellent holiday with friends also thanks to Mr and Ms VAYSSIERES."
