Perfect studio in old town Annecy

We stayed as family of four for a week in this excellent value, conveniently located studio. Seperate bunk bed area with clever sliding doors create a separate area. Well equipped kitchen made self catering easy. Lake, town, buses, train station alll nearby. We parked in palais de justice car park. Approx 50 Euros for the week.Brigitte was very kind.

We spent 8 nights at this property. Location is fantastic. Helen and Brigitte were very helpful with information. Apartment is on 3rd floor with no lift. Double bed is a sofa bed. Beautiful town with lots to do. Buses free in July and August was a bonus.

Excellent accueil de Brigitte: disponibilité et gentillesse. Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine toust c’est bien passé, nous avons trouvé l’appartement propre et bien équipé et très calme malgré sa situation au cœur de la vieille ville pendant les vacances de Noël.A savoir: l’appartement est au 3ème sans ascenseur ce n’est pas gênant quand on est en vacances et on peut stationner sa voiture gratuitement à 15mn à pied. Bref je recommande le logement d’Helen.

Pied à terre très pratique pour sortir en vélo ou aller se baigner dans le lac. Appartement très calme car ne donne pas sur la rue piétonne. Bien équipé, accueil sympathique.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement situé en plein milieu d'Annecy. Tout se trouve à proximité pour profiter pleinement de la ville et l'appartement côté cour permet d'être au calme malgré l'emplacement en plein centre, c'est super. La communication avec Hélen et Brigitte était très facile et agréable. Encore merci pour cette belle semaine :))

Für Wanderungen ein idealer Standort

Es hat mir in Annecy im Allgemeinen und in der Ferienwohnung im Speziellen sehr gut gefallen. Ich konnte einige anspruchvolle Wanderungen um den See und auch in die Berge durchführen. Genau das wollte ich. Und der Standort Ihrer Ferienwohnung war dabei genau das Richtige. Damit musste ich mein Auto 5 Tage lang nicht bewegen.

Studio plein centre pietonnier

De très bons echanges "à lancienne" pour reserver et aussi sur place :) Un grand studio en plein centre pietonnier idealement situé a quelques pas du lac, des bars, boutiques et restaurants ! Nous sommes venus en train. La gare est a 5/7 minutes a pied. Nous etions 3 avec mes 2 ados et c'etait parfait. Ok pour 4 aussi. Pas de vue magnifique bien sûr car situé côté cour (fenetres face aux immeubles voisins) et 3 etages a monter a pied mais c'est grâce à ca que ce studio est accessible financièrement et vous permettra de passer de superbes vacances dans cette ville magnifique. Je le relouerai sans hesiter :) PS : rentrer de la fête du lac a pied en 3 minutes cest genial ca na pas de prix :)

au coeur de la ville

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour dans le studio ! la communication facile avec charmante Helene pour nous expliquer la procédure et l’arrivé. Logement avec accès direct à pieds aux plus beaux endroits d’Annecy ! Helen et Brigitte sont très sympathiques. Brigitte nous a réservé un superbe accueil et a été disponible tout au long du séjour. Idéal et fonctionnel pour 2 à 4 personnes. Sans véhicule nous avons pu découvrir les environs grâce aux différents lignes de bus à disposition. Idéal pour une découverte d’Annecy !

Accueil et séjour inoubliables

Les contacts par mails et téléphone avec Helen (à Paris) et Brigitte (à Annecy) ont été extrêmement chaleureux et utiles pour nous rassurer sur notre futur séjour ! Sur place, en compagnie de Brigitte et de son sourire, nous avons trouvé un studio très fonctionnel. Situé au 3ème étage de l’immeuble (sans ascenseur), monter les 55 marches nous a cependant parfois paru bien long. IL faut préciser que nous sommes papy et mamy. Par contre, il est idéalement situé dans le vieil Annecy, à proximité du lac, des commerces, des restaurants et des lignes de bus. Les buts de promenades sont donc très nombreux et variés ! Pour une première visite dans cette ville qui est absolument à découvrir, l’endroit nous a donc paru idéal à tous les deux !

Apparemment très bien situé dans le vieil Annecy, Agréable et fonctionnel, L’acceuil de Brigitte a été particulièrement chaleureux, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les escaliers pour l’accès de l’appartement sont tout de même un peu abruptes. Globalement nous sommes très satisfaits !

Studio bien agencé, très agréable et avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Emplacement idéal à côté de la vieille ville et du lac : tout est à portée de main ! Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans le studio. Helen et Brigitte sont très aimables, accueillantes et disponibles, ce qui est déjà vraiment très appréciable ! Le studio est idéalement situé pour profiter pendant la saison hivernale : au cœur de la vieille ville, accès direct pour les balades boutiques, canaux, visites historiques; ligne de bus à quelques minutes à pied, notamment pour monter jusqu'aux stations de ski, et bien sûr situé à quelques mètres du lac ! Le studio est très bien agencé, nous ne nous sentions pas du tout à l'étroit.
