The Westin Kierland Resort is the perfect venue to relax and enjoy your time in the Valley of the Sun. The property is ideally located on 10 acres in the exclusive master-planned golf community just outside Scottsdale, Arizona. With more than 300 days of sunshine annually, the area is known for being the perfect desert oasis for couples and families alike.

Whether golfing on one of more than 170 courses, shopping at the world-class Kierland Commons, relaxing at the pool and spa, or enjoying the scenic vistas, this property offers something for everyone.

The villa is spacious, comfortably elegant, and fully equipped with all the amenities of a home. The 2 bedroom villa is comprised of two individual parts, each with its own bedroom and bath, full kitchen facilities, and living area totaling 1400 sq ft./130 meters.

The Premium One-Bedroom side (of the full 2BR Villa) sleeps four adults comfortably in over 850sq ft. with a King-Sized “Heavenly Bed” and sleeper sofa. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave/convection oven, four burner stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, utensils, dishwasher, disposal, ceramic glass cooktop, solid maple cabinets, and granite countertops. The master bedroom features a 27’ flat panel, two vanities, and a whirlpool tub. Living area with sleeper sofa, 32” flat-screen cable TV, DVD player, Bose stereo, washer dryer, and dining area for 6. Each unit has a private balcony, in-room safe, and complimentary Internet access.

The smaller side Deluxe One-Bedroom part is 530 sq. ft and accommodates 4 separate bedrooms and living space. The kitchen facilities have a 2 burner stove with a smaller refrigerator.

Great two week stay!

The Westin/Bonvoy was a great respite from the midwest winter. Services at the both the villa and the resort were great (Mark the shuttle driver was great) and the pool and reception areas clean and ready for guests. The villa provided a great space for our family as they came and went. Few suggestions: replace the carpeting throughout and replace the second shut off bedroom sleeper sofa! (terribly uncomfortable and could not use) There is no oven in the unit-a surprise for us as we cooked in the villa often. We were able to make the microwave and outside grill work-but a bit of surprise from other villa's we have rented. Also-when renting two consecutive weeks, I would suggest the broker double check the system set up with Marriott. They did not recognize our second week at check in and it created a few access issues for the second week-even though we were confirmed for two weeks. Hope to return next year-again-all-in-all a great stay!

Great place for family vacation

Westin Villas property is very nice, was seamless to use the amenities at the main Westin Resort as well. Access to several pools, fitness centers and restaurant options worked great for our extended family. Location to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter was great for shopping and restaurants. Property manager was great to work with too.

Warm weather get away.

Everything about this get away was fantastic! The property was beautiful, the condo had plenty of room, and we love that it is within walking distance to plenty of outdoor dining. We had a fabulous time!

PHX vacation and Golf Trip

I found getting set up with VRBO is somewhat difficult because I paid and was reimbursed twice because of a availability. Once I talked to the agent (Donald) it went smooth. The condo was located on 1st floor by elevator and it where the help staff congratulated and was very noisy in the morning. I did feel the place was a bit run down and the furniture was not comfortable- accept bed. Everything else went smooth. The keys didn’t work at 1st and there was some mix ups with the Bill but was fixed quickly. All in all it was a nice place and worked out great.

Fantastic North Scottsdale Location

The villas were gorgeous, well equipped, roomy and up to date. Adjacent to the Westin with access to all their amenities including billing back to the villa. The walk to Kierland and The Quarter is just a couple minutes and the shuttle can also drop or pickup anywhere close. Staff was exceptional and sorted out our only problem within a day. Definitely coming back!

The accommodations and amenities are incredible. The Villas are modern and well-stocked. The entire resort is top notch. We love the vibe at the villas...everyone is very friendly and laid back while still providing lots of opportunities for fun. While we have access to the hotel amenities as well, we found we really enjoyed the villas pools the most. The restaurants at the hotel are fabulous, and the golf courses, pro shop, and restaurant are superb also. The Villas are a short walk to two shopping areas loaded with wonderful restaurants. We are returning to the Westin Kierland Villas next year. A 2 bed 2 bath villa was perfect for us and our two teen daughters, they want to return again as well!

Great location: Kierland outdoor shopping and nice restaurants are in 5min, the hotel shuttle service was very convenient. Family friendly: kids&adilts events run everyday. The wine tasting was awesome. Comfortable room: Westin signature heavenly beds are amazing, little kitchen, a washer and dryer were very convenient. We thought travelscowt team were professional and helped us find the week we wanted to make our trip great. The only thing we would suggest is that the paypal fee be paid by the seller and not the buyer/renter.
