Pittoreskes Häuschen

Wir haben die 10 Tage genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Madame Marie Noelle war sehr gut und freundlich. Das Häuschen hat ein traditionelles und authentisches Flair, liegt an einer pittoresken ruhigen Umgebung mitten im Dorf. Super war auch, dass sich unser Cocker-Spaniel im Innenhof und eingezäunten Garten frei bewegen konnte. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren mit Rennrad oder Mountainbike in die umliegenden Dörfer. Mitte Mai steht die Macchia in voller Blüte. Schöne kleine Badestrände sind in 20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir freuen uns auf's nächste Mal.

Maison idéale au coeur du village

Non loin des plages, cette maison typique avec sa terrasse ombragée et son petit jardin située sur une jolie place piétonne nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. La vue du salon / terrasse est pleine de charme sur le village et la nature. Départ de randonnées et commerces à pieds (boucherie, épicerie, café, restaurants, dépôt de pain) de la maison sont un gros plus et permettent de flâner dans les ruelles du village de Santa Reparata. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Ein Haus mit Charme und Charakter

Wir waren 2 Paare mit zwei Hunden und das Haus hat sich von der Größe und Aufteilung sehr gut geeignet. Wem die Atmosphäre und Ausstrahlung eines Hauses wichtiger ist als Perfektion, trifft mit diesem Haus die richtige Wahl. Das Dorf und die Lage des Hauses waren einfach nur wunderschön, es stimmte für uns einfach alles! Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit, ich hoffe, wir können nochmal wieder kommen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat ein wunderbares Flair, und hat Alles was man braucht. Das Dorf ist sehr entspannend, es gibt keinen Verkehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Idylle pur

Das Haus hat eine sehr individuelle Atmosphäre und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wanderwege und Strände sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, die Pizzeria im Nachbarort ist zu empfehlen und Ile Rousse perfekt zum Flanieren und für den Marktbesuch am Freitag.

Charmantes Häuschen in einem Bergdorf

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. die traumhafte Lage, der Charme des Dorfes und und unserer Vermieterin haben uns total verzaubert. Ein tolles Haus mit Geschichte. Mit kleinem eingezäunten Garten, prima für unseren Hund. Der Fleischer und Supermarkt waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen :-)

Gite de charme à rénover

Bon emplacement . Village charmant. Le gite est agréable , mais sanitaires à renover . Fournitures de base à ameliorer. Rapport qualité prix non justifié . Wc bouché, lave linge en panne . Aucun produit de base a l'arrivée. Barbecue HS . Eclairage du salon defectueux . Accès difficile pour les personnes à mobilité reduite pour monter à l'étage, escalier raide et etroit. Prix du ménage ,à regler en espèces, exagéré. Mais la CORSE est absolument magnifique , et les Corses charmants . A éviter Juillet/Aout ! En Mai, le rêve !

Maison pleine de charme et fonctionnelle

Une maison de village authentique et au calme sur une petite place piétonne au centre du village et à 10 minutes en voiture de l'Ile Rousse. La maison comprend tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour, que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine moderne, le petit jardin, la douche extérieure. Une terrasse avec une superbe vue dégagée sur les montagnes et une deuxième à l'ombre de la tonnelle pour les journées plus chaudes. La troisième chambre permet aux enfants d'avoir leur espace à eux, ils en étaient ravis. Quand à l'emplacement, la maison se trouve à proximité à pieds des commerces: boucherie, épicerie (avec pain), et de balades, ce qui est appréciable. L'hôte est accueillante et de très bons conseils. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tolles Haus in der Balagna

Marie Noelle war eine nette, sympathische Gastgeberin. Leider hat es bei uns anfangs Schwierigkeiten mit Sauberkeit der Terrasse, Haus (Spinnweben) gegeben. Die Waschmaschine und Staubsauger haben leider auch nicht funktioniert. Sie hat sich bemüht alles zu regeln und wir waren trotz der Kleinigkeiten zufrieden! Das Haus und die Lage an sich sind ein Traum, die Küche sehr modern und die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Berge wunderschön! Das Dorf hat seinen eigenen Charme, strahlt viel Ruhe aus und man bekommt alle Kleinigkeiten zum Essen, Brot im Dorf!!! MERCIE Marie Noelle und LG KARINA&JONNY

Beaucoup trop chère

Nous sommes un groupe d'amis qui avions réservé 5 maisons dans le village. Donc nous avons pu comparer. Cette maison était de loin la plus chère, (mais Abritel m’interdît de dire combien) la moins bien équipée (vaisselle bricolée, parures de draps dépareillées, à nous de trouver les bonnes tailles dans le tas de linge, même pas un peu de papier toilette à l'arrivée...) et la moins grande (seulement 2 "vrais" chambres = 4 couchages si on fait abstraction de la chambre-buanderie et de la banquette sous l'escalier) Nous n'avons pas vu notre hôte si au départ ni à l'arrivée. Sentiment tenace d'être pris pour des bons pigeons de touristes :-)

Tolles Haus, toller Ort, nette Vermieterin!!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus und haben es total genossen. Es liegt perfekt, ist bezaubernd eingerichtet und ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Im Dorf gibt’s täglich frisches Baguette, das Meer ist nicht weit, und der Sonnen- und Blumenliebhaber kommt ebenso auf seine Kosten wie der Schattenmensch! Wir haben es sehr genossen und en plus, die.Vermieterin spricht deutsch:))

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit besonderenr Atmosphäre

Schöne ruhige Wohnung mit hellem lichtdurchfluteten Aufenthaltsraum, geschmackvoller Küche mit qualitativ hochwertiger Ausstattung: ( Spülmaschine cerankochfeld ….) Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne geschützte Freibereich: direkt an die Küche angrenzend gibt es einen mit Pflanzen überdeckten Freisitz in einem kleinen Gartenhof und im Obergeschoß ist noch ein schöner großzügiger Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Erholung pur

Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus liegt im Herzen des Bergdorfs. Es ist nur zu Fuß über verwinkelte Gässchen erreichbar, die zu einem einladend angelegten Platz führen. Hier steht das zweistöckige Haus - mit Blick auf den Platz und die Berge im Hintergrund auf der einen Seite, mit einem malerischen Ausblick über die blühenden Gärten hinweg ins Land, auf die Berge auf der anderen Seite. Das Haus selbst ist zugleich schön und schlicht eingerichtet. Die Ästhetik des Orts strahlt eine unglaubliche Ruhe aus. Wir haben Ausflüge unternommen - ans Meer, an die Berge, ins Innere des Landes. Aber wir haben auch unsere Zeit im Ferienhaus sehr genossen.

Jolie maison de vacances dans village typique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison située au coeur du village de Santa Reparata, à 10 mn de l'Ile Rousse en voiture. Le village offre des vues superbes sur la côte. La maison est confortable et pleine de charme, avec sa douche extérieure pour le retour de la plage et sa belle tonnelle qui permet de rester au frais par les chaudes journées de l'été corse. Marie-Noëlle nous a réservé un accueil agréable et bien conseillés sur les activités à faire dans les environs.

Maison de village dans un beau village de Balagne

Une maison au confort simple mais avec tout le nécessaire, très bien située au cœur de la Balagne ( plusieurs plages et jolis villages à proximité et à 10mn de l’île Rousse et de tous commerces) et avec une très jolie vue sur les montagnes. La propriétaire est accueillante et pleine de bons conseils. Deux terrasses dont une avec vue et une terrasse/jardin très ombragée idéale pour prendre ses repas dehors par forte chaleur . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Sehr authentischer Ort, sehr ruhig, ideal als Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und auch Nähe zu Meer

Wunderbarer Ort zur Erholen, Wandern und Schwimmen (5 km bis zum nächsten Strand), sehr charmantes Haus mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung und schattigem Hof mit kleinem Garten, großartige Aussicht von Terrasse (herrlicher Leseplatz), ruhige Umgebung, sehr freundliche Besitzerin die auch ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht. Epicerie im Ort (gute regionale Produkte). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!
