VERY VERY QUIET AND COMFORTABLE, parquet, TWO KITCHEN, ONE INDOOR, ONE OUTDOOR, two bath rooms, very large terrace (80 sq. m. ). You may enjoy your staying in Palermo's centre having a tea or coffee cup in your personal and private terrace, between flowers and little pine trees...Antonio, the owner is a very nice person, speaking English fluently and very happy to plan for you the best trips around Palermo or down-town promenades...
Electricity: will be paid upon departure at the price of € 0.80 per Kw. h. consumed, but with a deposit of 150 euros upon arrival,
