Lovely 2 room apartment, completely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Second (and top) floor with small balconies front and back. Charming, clean and newly renovated, ceramic and carpet floors. Living room / bedroom with small office space, kitchen, WC with shower. Cable TV, telephone with unlimited local calls and answering machine, internet. At 4 minute walk from commercial Masson street and from the Angus site, where you can find numerous services such as grocery, pharmacy, bakery, fish store, cafés and restaurants.

Quiet stay at this studio in an area with all conveniences as required. The property was clean, comfortable and with very good shower pressure. The A/C was absolutely a necessity for the hot and humid Montreal weather and greatly appreciated.Thank you to the hosts, Danielle & Celine for their hospitality and care during my stay.

Nice little studio

Needed the place for a month to look for condos. It's a 2 1/2 (Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom - water pressure is amazing!) so the size was expected on arrival. It's on a nice quiet street too. Very cute 2 1/2 in Angus, Rosemont area. Rosemont is a non-touristy top 3 neighborhood in Montreal. Danielle was very nice and welcoming, all amenities are there and grocery stores, liquor store are steps away. Metro Prefontaine less than a 15 min walk. Would stay there again!

Bon séjour

Bon séjour. Logement à 3 minutes à pieds de notre lieux de stage (nous sommes 2 étudiantes infirmière) Malheureusement nous avons dû quitter le logement 2 semaines à cause de la pandémie. Mme Roger n’a pas souhaité nous rembourser les 2 semaines alors que Abritel demandait aux propriétaires de faire un geste au vue de l’actualité. Ce fut notre seul point négatif. Sinon tout était très bien, nous avons adoré notre séjour et la culture Québécoise. Le quartier est tranquille mais proche des commodité et du parc olympique

SUPER SEJOUR A MONTREAL

Nous avons était très bien acceuillit par Danielle p rogers, son studio est idealement situe, 30mins a pieds du jardin botanique, les stations de bus sont à cotés.Le studio est au calme et pourtant pas loin de tout( commerces ect...). Le metro est vraiment pratique pour circuler et tres securisant ici ,nous avons sillonné montreal de long en large. Voila une seule chose ,nous avons envie de revenir!

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen kleinen Studio von Danielle sehr wohlgefühlt. Unsere Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Montreal in alle Himmelsrichtungen zu erkunden, besonders mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Très bien et au calme

Nous avions été très bien accueillis par Danielle qui nous a fourni toutes les informations utiles pour l'appartement et aussi pour notre séjour à Montréal. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et la petite table sur le balcon (qui donne sur le jardin intérieur) avec le parasol est appréciable pendant les fortes chaleurs de ce mois de juillet 2018. On se sent chez soi et totalement indépendant. Le quartier est très calme. L'accès à la vieille ville et au centre de Montréal se fait bien en bus (à 3 minutes) et en métro. Des commerces et des restaurants sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pieds. On recommande cet endroit sans hésiter. Merci Danielle pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Un petit appartement confortable

Nous avons passés deux semaines dans le petit appartement de Danielle. Tout était comme prévu. Propre, confortable, tout les services nécésaires a 15 minutes à pieds, un quartier agréable, la cuisine bien équipée... Le centre ville, avec le service BIXI, n'est pas loin. Nous espérons retourner!

Super Bibiche !

Très chouette séjour dans l’appartement de Mme Roger ! Nous avons apprécié ce quartier calme, vert et joyeux de Montréal. L’appartement est propre et cosy, nous nous sommes vite senti à l’aise pour ne pas dire « à la maison ». La petite terrasse est parfaite pour savourer les rayons de fin d’après-midi midi avec une bière et un livre ! Mme Roger est très gentille et relax, on aimerait avoir l’occasion de revenir. A une prochaine peut-être !!

Excellent séjour dans un quartier très agréable.

Danielle est une hôtesse tout particulièrement accueillante. Son appartement est extrêmement agréable et très bien localisé : d'une certaine façon, compte tenu de la sérénité et du calme qui règnent dans le quartier, nous nous croirions à la campagne. Or, l'appartement n'est situé qu'à quelques kilomètres du "Vieux-Montréal". Quel plaisir ! Depuis cette location (située au premier étage), nous pouvons apercevoir la tour de Montréal d'une part, le Mont-royal d'autre part. Par ailleurs, cet appartement - sobrement décoré avec goût et dont la propreté est indiscutable - comporte tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour. Il n'est, en outre, qu'à quelques centaines de mètres de plusieurs commerces (épicerie, entre autres) du quotidien. Bref, je ne peux que chaleureusement vous recommander cette location qui ne vous décevra pas compte tenu de l'excellent rapport-qualité prix qu'elle présente. Merci infiniment Danielle pour ce séjour. C'est avec grand plaisir que je viendrai visiter, une nouvelle fois, votre belle ville et louerai votre charmant studio. A bientôt !

Beautiful apartment with nice host

We really enjoyed our stay at Madame Rogers place. She was really kind and gave us a few tips where to go in the quarter. The apartment was very clean and beautiful, just as shown in the pictures. The apartment is situated in a very nice neighborhood (big supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away) but 40 minutes away from downtown Montreal with bike or public transportation.

Petit nid très confortable

Un petit appartement à qui il ne manque rien , situer dans une rue très calme , proche des deux supermarché ainsi que du métro . Une propriétaire très accueillante et gentille toujours présente pour un conseil , ainsi que pour des bon plan . Je conseille vraiment et si nous retournons a Montreal nous louerons de nouveau ici!

Vraiment très très bien! Appartement en très bon état, très soigné, très propre et très confortable. Idéalement placé on peut faire les courses dans un magasin de grande taille à deux pas, des petits commerces plus typiques sont également à proximité. En quelques minutes on accède aux transports en communs. Le quartier est joli et calme, et en moins de 15 min on peut être dans des quartiers animés pour sortir en famille, entre amis ou en couple. Je le recommande vivement, et à mon prochain voyage pour Montréal je reviendrais dans cet appartement (Condo comme ils disent ici! ^^)

sympathique studio ( deux et demi )

Proche des transports en commun, à 3 minutes à pieds de la ligne 27 ( bus pour le métro station laurier ). Proche du supermarché " LOB LAWS Angus " à 5 minutes à pieds. studio très propre, agréable et fonctionnelle pour deux personnes situer dans un quartier tranquille. Charmant accueil de la propriétaire. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Montréal. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.
