Ideally located, very quiet, comfortable, 40m² terrace, 200m² garden.
3 bedrooms, 1 dining/living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms with bathtub
1 double bed with 2 places, 4 beds (1 place each bed),
Sheets, towels and pillowcases provided.
Electricity consumption is the responsibility of the Tenant during the rental period.
The price 1Kwh = 0.49 €uros.
Water and gas are the responsibility of the Owner.
An inventory will be established when the keys are handed over to the tenant as well as when the latter leaves the rented premises.
The Tenant will be responsible for any deterioration or loss that may occur to this furniture.
As a guarantee, the tenant pays a security deposit corresponding to €100 when the keys are handed over.
This deposit will in no way exempt the tenant from paying the rent and charges on the dates set. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the contract.
End of stay cleaning is not included in this price, a fixed price of 40 €uros will be requested or deducted from the deposit if the cleaning is not done when leaving the premises.

"We had a fantastic view days here. A very relaxing end to a fantastic holiday in Lebanon and Syria. We would certainly recommend a stay here - it would provide a brilliant base for exploring the rest of the country."

Magnifique residence familiale

Très belle résidence , très bien situé, l’endroit très paisible et très agréable. Tout y est pour une famille avec ou sans enfants. De plus un contact très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Rafic et Laurette tout était parfais. A recommander absolument. Très bel environnement, dans un quartier calme et sûr. Appartement grand et très propre, très bonne facilité d'accès, bon équipement.

We loved staying in this homy comfortable apartment , good vibes! Enjoyed watching the sunset in the ocean from the veranda and sitting in the garden . Family amazingly hospitable. P.S; Toddlers and young kids need to be watched all the time in the garden, danger of a cliff! Will definitely be back again :)

Très belle location

Une maison bien située pour visiter la région. Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles. La maison est parfaitement équipée et très fonctionnelle, avec des prestations conformes au descriptif. Tout est prévu pour le confort La localisation est privilégiée au calme et en même temps proche de nombreux sites touristiques. Merci pour L'accueil chaleureux, les conseils et la disponibilité du propriétaire ont été très appréciés. En bref, nous recommandons vivement ce petit coin de paradis Par contre il faut absolument une voiture Vivement les prochaines vacances.

Super séjour

Maison agréable, très bien située, tout est à proximité (plages, centres culturels, centre ville, boîtes, autoroutes, restaurants, supermarchés...) propriétaires adorables, nous avons passé un séjour des plus merveilleux qui restera dans nos mémoires. Le Liban nous manque chaque jour un peu plus! Nous esperons repartir bientôt, je recommande vivement!

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable et vaste villa dotée d''un grand jardin, d''une grande cuisine donnant sur le jardin sans oublier les grandes chambres toutes équipées d''une salle de bain et le must étant le jacuzzi dans la plus grande des chambres. Fidar est à 2 kilomètres de Byblos et de son centre historique et des plages. L''autostrade est juste en bas de la maison à 5 minutes et tout est à proximinité notamment le supermarché spineys, le zaatar wa zeit etc.... La famille du propriétaire est adorable et très serviable et l''accueil fut des plus chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir dans cette maison."

"There is a partial view ...

"There is a partial view of the sea from and a concreted terrace with a view of the family garden part of which is cultivated by the family and a nice grassed area for seating. The flat was more spacious than we expected but the master bedroom is gloomy as as no windows to the outside. One of the bedrooms was a throughfare between the kitchen and sitting room, only avoided by either going around the outside of the building or into a lobbyway and back through another door. This did not bother us much but may bother others. Everything worked except for the WiFi which was intermittant, provider not household cause. The family we exceptionally helpful and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. They speak good English and France, knew of car hire places, taxis as well as running a very convenient grocery store in the same building at street level. We took someone with a wheelchair and although the flat was on one level there were steps to be negotiated to it and several steps between the rooms. There seemed to be a problem with smelly drains in 2 of the three bathrooms but the family plan to sort these out soon. There would be little point staying here without a hire car and it is quiet difficult to find.In retrospect the best thing would be to take a taxi there on arrival and then hire a car from a local buisness (the family helped us to sort this out). We managed to get a 7 seater car for $35 a day. We had a really great holiday and would stay there again."

"Hier können wir nur Bestnoten vergeben.Familie B. ist äußerst gastfreundschaftlich, hilfsbereit und einfach nur sympathisch. Die Größe und die Ausstattung der Wohnung lassen keine Wünsche offen, besonders hervorzuheben ist der Garten und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge. Das kleine Geschäft im Haus ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch, die ruhige Umgebung mit guter Luft trägt zusätzlich zur Erholung bei. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert bei diesem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder! Herzliche Grüße aus Deutschland!"

"Unsere Urlaubszeit in Fi...

"Unsere Urlaubszeit in Fidar begann bereits mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch Monsieur B. Das verdient alleine die höchste Bewertung. Durch ihn und durch Monsieur R. bekamen wir viele Informationen über die Region. Die Wohnung ist groß und für eine große Familie gibt es reichlich Platz. Eine absolute gute Lage, nah zum Strand und zum Supermarket. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist großartig. An den schönen Sonnenuntergängen werden wir immer zurück denken. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung einiger Räume müsste man vielleicht erneuern. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Wohnung, Umgebung und Garten. Wir werden die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen, da wir dort wunderschöne Tage verbracht haben und werden selbst auch wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland Familie Appel "

"Je crois que c''est une vrai chance d''avoir loué ce logement qui répond à tout point de vue à mes besoins. Le logement très propre et très fonctionnel, bien équipé et meublé,le quartier est très calme et magnifique, tous les commrces à côté et même dans le logement un petit commerce de dépanage (très utile). Le Papa, la Maman (proprietaires) sont hyper sympa, gentils et serviale toujours attentifs à nos demandes et aussi le fils. Merci Mr et Mme; je vous confirme que MOI et ma famille avions passé des vacances inoubliables et très agréables."

"Une location très agréable et l''accueil est très chaleur une des premières qualités du peuple libanais. L''accès est très facile et pas de problème de stationnement. Seul bémol ce peut immeuble en face qui gâche le 180 degrés de la vue sur la mer. Mais que dire des plages voisines, quand on y est le temps semble s''arrêter avec en fond de décor Byblos la millénaire. Je vous conseille la maison et le liban."

"A really great place to ...

"A really great place to stay for a holiday! We stayed for a week with our 2 year old and 5 year old daughters. The place was clean, tidy, well equipped and accurate to the details on the website. The family living above the rental place were very kind and helpful. They have a small shop with basic food items and other assorted supermarket products, as a part of their home, which was useful. The wifi didn't work as it had been damaged in a storm a week earlier. The jacuzzi was awesome! The location was a little removed from the Byblos centre (3km) and it would have been impossible without a rental car. But it was great to be away from any noise. In Byblos we could buy all we needed at reasonable prices. There were some great places to drive from here, which were easy to self-navigate with a good road map. A really great country, great accommodation and great people. One of our best holidays!"

"The villa was fairly cle...

"The villa was fairly clean and very well equipped: TV, music system, jacuzzi, kitchen stuff. The garden was wonderful with a view of the owners father's vegetable garden and lovely orange tree, the garden was a bit difficult for young children because of the steep drops. The owner's family were on hand at all times to help us. We had a fantastic holiday in Lebanon and wouldn't hesitate to return."

"Nous avons découvert un appartement très spacieux entouré d''un charmant jardin bien exposé et on ne peut plus près d''une épicerie... très très pratique! A 15 minutes à pied de la bruyante autostrade mais dans un quartier d''un calme absolu. De quoi passer de vacances bien relaxantes... merci la famille B.!"
