About this property

House in stones for 10 guests. 2,5 hectares of protected nature, Luberon view

Gordes (elected the most beautiful village in the world) charming house suited for 10 to 11 people. House made of 2 parts connected by a covered eating place. Ideally located on 2,5 hectare with trees (olive trees, oaks,pines. Very peaceful. Tastefully decorated (tadelakt). Nice view on the Luberon mountain. Swimming pool of 12 x 5 meters renovated in 2024 . Large terraces, teck furniture. Two covered terraces to enjoy the shadow, one of which with the summer eating place. Barbecue/oven in bricks.
The cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool is provided by a specialist once a week.

Very quite place in an exceptional environment to benefit of the high quality of life in the Provence, with family or friends.

Great Family Vacation

We stayed here so our families can visit, great location, beautiful environment and the setting is ideal for multi-family hosting. Christian checked on us to ensure everything was doing OK and we all enjoyed the stay very much. The house is beautiful, quiet and the pool is so nice! Highly recommend! Not to mention all the beautiful places around that our host recommended!

Beautiful property out in the country

Definitely rustic! There is no air conditioning, so on days with little breeze you will want to close the shutters on the sunny side and be in the pool. There are two buildings separated by a covered patio, so plenty of privacy for couples. Our family of 9 was not at all crowded. The property is far enough from town that cell service was spotty at best. The only issue we faced was the internet was out (animal damage to the line!) and it took several days for the "cable guy" to get there. Christian and Sophie were very helpful.

Excellent WE prolonge en famille.

Tres beau Mas provencal, authentique. Emplacement ideal tant pour son calme et sa quietude que pour sa proximite avec les sites touristiques. De beaux volumes et une grande piscine des plus appreciable. Un vaste terrain permettant de garer ses vehicules sans aucun probleme et d’y jouer a làpetanque ou au ballon sans aucun risque. Le BBQ fermé d’exterieur et très appréciable. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit.

Week-end très agréable dans cette sublime maison

Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans la sublime maison de Christian. La maison est parfaitement équipée : chambres tout confort avec deux salles de bain et des lavabos dans chaque chambre, cuisine avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Située proche de Gordes, cela nous a permis de visiter le village en plus de profiter de la piscine. L’arrivée était autonome et Christian était disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Merci ! Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons !

À éviter

Le descriptif mentionnait une piscine. Nous avons appris qu’elle était en chantier moins d’une semaine avant notre arrivée. Au lieu de la piscine nous aurions eu un trou béant… la conversation fort peu aimable a aussi fait apparaître des doutes sur le chauffage de la maison. Le propriétaire est apparu si désagréable par courriel, répondant tardivement quand il s’agissait d’annoncer des changements défavorables et rapidement quand il fallait bloquer la réservation… nous n’y sommes pas allés! A notre avis, un propriétaire à éviter!

Een mooie locatie ! Mooi huis ! Huis geeft alleen een beetje liefde nodig ! Rommelig alle kasten vol gepropt ! Achter iedere deur en gordijn rommel en de bad kamer stinkt en is niet van deze tijd ! En bank vol vlekken tuin meubilair kapot ! Maar met een beetje opruimen en en wat nieuwe meubels is het een top huis en lokatie! En we hebben het wel naar ons zin gehad ! We hebben er een maand door gebracht en iedere dag genoten !

Mal entretenus et saletés

Propriété bien placée mais aucun entretien : vétusté des salles de bains ( panneau en bois avec échardes pour cacher un trou , rouille des grilles, bouchon de baignoire pour lequel une fourchette est nécessaire) Moquette plus que défraîchie sur la mezzanine servant de débarras pour des vieux meubles. Les oreillers datent de Mathusalem et sont tachés, le linge de lit est troué . Four non nettoyé et dont les degrés et fonctions sont effacés . Miettes dans le congélateur . Le clou fut l’échelle de la piscine dont une marche à cédé nous empêchant de sortir de l’eau…! A ce sujet le propriétaire a gentiment répondu de revisser la vis …. Merci beaucoup ! Bref ce n’est pas sérieux de louer une maison dans cet état ( manque de clés pour porte-fenêtre etc …) Un effort dans une chambre qui a été refaite et pour qq transats neufs . Mieux vaut s’abstenir

Maison typique de la région

Maison un peu isolée, très calme, un peu loin des commerces et des antennes GSM. Maison avec beaucoup de charme, piscine chauffée, atypique avec ses 2 blocs d'habitation. Manque un peu de protection contre le soleil de fin d'après-midi. Beaucoup de sites à visiter aux alentours. Cuisine un peu petite. Séjour globalement satisfaisant. Procédure d'accueil à revoir pour trouver la clé.

Ruhige Lage und viel Platz

Waren als Familie zusammen mit den Großeltern dort. (insges. 6 Personen) Viel Platz. Absolut ruhige und auch sehr private Lage. Hier kann man nackt in den Pool springen ohne beobachtet zu werden. Das Anwesen besteht eigentlich aus 2 Häusern mit jeweils 2 Schlafzimmern. In jedem Haus ist ein Bad. In 2 Zimmern auch nochmal eigene Waschbecken. Der Pool wird mit einer Wärmepumpe beheizt. Bei uns waren 25° C eingestellt. Absolut ruhige Lage. Ausstattung perfekt für eine Familie. (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine + Backofen) Da die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit nicht zu Fuss zu erreichen ist mussten bei uns morgens Croissants aus dem Supermarkt ausreichen - der Preis für die ruhige und private Lage. Großes Gelände rund ums Haus. Die Einrichtung empfanden wir als geschmackvoll und angemessen. Internet über WIFI ist verfügbar aber nicht sonderlich schnell - vermutlich der Lage außerhalb des Ortes geschuldet. Der Empfang per Mobilnetz ist dort ebenfalls nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Wir überlegen uns, ob wir nächstes Jahr wieder hin fahren. Es gibt noch einiges in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Auch würde ich das Haus Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette demeure très agréable, au calme, avec tout le confort, sauf la piscine qui n'était pas utilisable. Chacun avait son autonomie, avec plusieurs chambres et salles de bain, des dépendances, la terrasse protégée du soleil nous a permis de faire tous nos repas dehors, nous avons même joué à la pétanque ! À refaire ! Merci

Week-end agréable dans la campagne provençale

La propriété est idéalement située, en plein Lubéron donc beaucoup de lieux touristiques autour. Elle est très au calme, le terrain est grand et bien entretenu. La maison, conforme aux photos, est simple, c'est un lieu de vacances mais très fonctionnelle avec ses grandes pièces et ses terrasses partiellement ombragées. La literie est en bon état. Fin mars, bien sûr, nous n'avons pu profiter de la piscine dont le volet était déroulé pour l'hiver. L'insert est très fonctionnel, facile à allumer avec son ventilateur intégré et le four à pizza/barbecue est bien conçu, il tire bien et il n'y a donc pas de dégagement de fumée. Il est sûr puisque la porte se ferme, ce qui est indispensable en Provence où les feux libres dans la nature sont interdits du fait des risques de feux de forêt. La cuisine est bien équipée, tout le nécessaire est là pour les cuisiniers et pâtissiers, ce qui est rarement le cas dans les locations. Beaucoup de documentations pour découvrir les environs, il y a même des cartes IGN pour les randonneurs. Le propriétaire nous avait donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour notre séjour et il est facile à contacter et très agréable.

Le lieu d’habitation est très bien situé près de toutes les activités touristiques et très bien équipé.la salle de bain de la maison principale mériterait une rénovation pour que ce soi5 parfait.
