Thanksgiving Get Away

We had a wonderful stay at this most amazing location. We were able to prepare a Thanksgiving feast and found everything we needed in a well appointed kitchen. There was plenty of space for our group that included a 6 yr old. teens, parents and seniors. Our host provided excellent communication and support.

Great home for a family

The owner, Tim was very accommodating with my needs for the house for my family while attending my daughters wedding. The house is provided with everything you can need in regards to cookware and is close to anyting you can need. It's also a quick drive to the beach to get your fix on the California coastline.

Great place to stay with Family

We had a great time staying here. The place was very big and allowed us to have much space and the kids to have space to mingle. Basketball for the boys was an added bonus. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. We would book again. Very gracious host!

Great house for a large group

This house was perfect for my son’s wedding in Vista!! We had the rehearsal dinner in the backyard with plenty of space. The kids enjoyed playing basketball and sitting by the fire pit!! The kitchen is large and well stocked!! The yoga room was a perfect place for the groomsmen to get ready before the wedding?! I recommend this house for a large group!! It was perfect for our wedding weekend!!

Fantastic stay

Our 2 big families with lots of teens and young adults stayed in Tim's property in Vista, and it was Perfect! Great location, near to beaches and San Diego; so much room to play, inside and out; basketball, yoga room, couches. It was super well equipped for cooking and looking after a big family, and immaculately clean and lovely. Thankyou Tim, for everything you've done, which make our stay so memorable!

Very clean ,had alot of supplies there we did not need to purchase, was at end of street so quiet area. Not far from grocery stores etc. Owners talked about offering some activities with the rental in the future.

Just wanted to mention that the last day I was approached by a mixed pit bull dog, there is two holes in backyard fence that was pretty scary, I had my grand kids outside. Just thought you might want to.

Trip to Vista California with large group.

We came to Southern California for our daughters wedding. This property Exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our grown children and their families. We could all stay in one place with ample space to spread out. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time at Tim's property...very comfortable & we'll maintained.

Very enjoyable 4 day stay, 10 of us very comfortable - grandkids loved the loft & basketball court. We had large gatherings for my dad's 90th bday on Saturday (thank you Tim for allowing for the party) & Superbowl Sunday for a smaller group - everyone was so impressed with the home - inside & out. Very centerly located to our activoties while in town - beach & Safari Park and for guests to join for the festivities. We would (and did) recommend this home to others and plan to be back soon.

Fantastic family vacation

Far exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well- equipped and spacious. Kitchen stocked for cooking and just hanging out. Comfortably furnished with tasteful art throughout, plus a library! Gorgeous patios, impeccably landscaped. If weather and bedtimes allowed, we’d have built a fire with wood Tim provided. Rather out of the way to attractions and beaches, but peaceful setting and privacy worth extra miles.

Love this property!

We had such a great experience at this house. It was nice, cleaned and spacious place that accommodated our family especially with kids. There’s also grocery Markets that is very close by that makes it very convenient for us. Tim, the host , was very friendly and responsive when we told him about the fridge was being not being cold and he offered to get another fridge for us right away, which we felt very appreciative what he did. Overall, it was a great experience for our family. I would definitely come back in the future !

Wonderful home with a very serene overall atmosphere. The perfect home for our family of 9!

The location was just perfect, tucked away in a quite area. We had lots areas to relax and unwind in both in the home and in the gardens and patio areas between our wedding activities. We also hosted a rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch at this lovely home. This home created a peaceful and calm environment for everyone to enjoy good food and conversation and rest up before our daughters wedding. Overall the home is thoughtfully decorated with a simple and uncluttered feel yet had everything we needed. We highly recommend home to others.

Couldn't be happier

Beautiful spacious home perfect for large group. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and we had enough space that we weren't on top of each other all of the time. Each family unit had their own bedroom and the teen in our group opted for the loft. With 3.5 baths there was no waiting for your turn to shower. Loved the different sitting areas in the home and the extra large kitchen. The outdoors is perfectly landscaped to feel "away" and private. Used the firepit every night. Great location that is tucked away but not hard to find. Host was friendly and helpful. Thanks Tim!

Why they chose this property

When I saw this property I put in a full price offer on the spot. It's got lots of beautiful Mexican tile, an open kitchen plan and is really comfortable and peaceful. 1 acre, 50 palm trees and I have built a beautiful vegetable garden and planted 10 new fruit trees.
There are 4 bedroom with queen beds. 2 of those bedroom also have single beds. The sleeping loft above yoga room has 3 double futons on the floor.

What makes this property unique

I have a patio, deck and firepit area off the rear of the house. It's great for social gatherings. There is ample space outside with 1 acre. This is a custom home, not a tract house.
Property is fenced in except at driveway there is no entry gate.
