GOING TO GATLINBURG? STAY IN THE BEST LOCATION!! UNBELIVABLE VIEWS, VIEWS,VIEWS!

ATTENTION.. Cleanliness is very important to us. We are owners that rent our home and we are able to go and inspect our team. This makes a big different in the quality of care and cleanliness. Along with a touchpoint list of all areas that have been cleaned.

This house has been totally remodeled with 3 bedrooms with great views out of very window and 3 full bath with beautiful tile walk in showers. You have 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. The kitchen is open to living room and very spacious trex deck with gas grill. If you have been to Gatlinburg you can even see if there is a line for breakfast at the pancake pantry from your balcony or you can watch the new Anakeesta chair lift go up and down the mountain. The new iconic longest pedistrain bridge is on the same mountain as our home. This house is literally less then 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg with a parking deck right beside Ripleys Aquarium making it easy to park and walk around. When on the balcony you can see the fireworks for 4th of July and New Years eve! This home has free wifi . 1-55in flat screen in living and 42 in flat screen in each bedroom. Big stainless steal refrigerator and all brand new appliances.
We are very close to everything but you still have plenty of privacy and ample parking.
The view and locations are our biggest selling points. We have a view second to none in the area. Also when you get to our house we have easy parking and a covered parking space. The beauty of staying at the Greystone house you do not have to drives miles to get this kind of view. If you are downtown Gatlinburg and look up the mountain to the new iconic sky bridge our house is one of the houses you can see. You have beautiful city light views at night and can look and see the new Anakeesta from your front porch!

This is our third time staying here and we simply love it. The views from the back deck are just amazing! Location is perfect whether you are looking to do something downtown, or head out to pigeon forge. You cannot go wrong staying here and you will not be disappointed!

The Greystone House was excellent and we were more than pleased with everything!! The house was so well appointed and comfortable. All of the furniture was nice and comfortable and the kitchen is better equipped than my own at home! We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Gatlinburg and we definitely highly recommend this property. Remember, don’t feed the bears!!

Owner was easy to work with. The veiw was as promised. So many times it is grown over with trees. The veiw was excellent. Kitchen was very well stocked. We did have bears that tried to get in our vehicles. We found dirty paw prints The owner warned us of this. I also loved that cardinals visited us several times a day. Wonderful place to stay

We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental! The views were breathtaking, the location was perfect, and the cabin truly felt like home.The bedding was incredible—I actually checked the tags because I wanted to buy the sheets! They were so soft and comfortable that I slept better than I have in a long time. The reclining couches were just as amazing. They were wide, extremely comfortable, and reclined all the way back. I wish I knew where to buy both the furniture and the sheets.The cabin had all the streaming services we wanted, including Prime Video and Netflix, so evenings felt just like home.The wildlife made our trip unforgettable. On our second day, a mother bear and her three cubs came right up to the cabin. One of the cubs walked up to the basement sliding glass door and tried to lick my daughter's hand through the glass—it was adorable! We were also warned not to leave our vehicle unlocked, and they weren't kidding. On the morning we left, I accidentally left the car unlocked, and a bear opened the door and climbed inside!The layout was perfect. My husband, our two kids, and I each had our own bedroom, bathroom, and TV. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the skillets to a quality non-stick set.Overall, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

As described, impressive views! Steep drive up the mountains but the view was worth it. We even saw Anakeesta all lit up at night in the distance! Nice kitchen and big table to share a meal. Good working grill. Comfy beds and clean! Thank you!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness of the property did not meet our expectations. The grout in all the showers had visible black mold, we noticed both live and dead millipedes on the floors of all the rooms, and there was noticeable accumulated grime around the handles on several doors. The home was, however, well equipped and functional. It is well away from the center of Gatlinburg up a narrow twisty road and we were expecting a peaceful scenic stay. This was not entirely the case. The deck overlooks significant electric poles and wires which are not shown in the Vrbo pictures and the downtown live bands can plainly be heard throughout the evening. Despite this, the view across the valley is stunning and a more accurate representation would help set appropriate expectations for future guests.With some attention to deep cleaning, minor maintenance and more accurate listing photos, this property has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

Thank you for your review. Our goal is always for our guest to have a 10/10 experience. So we are very sorry that you did not have that kind of experience. View, location and cleanliness are our best selling amenties. As a owner that lives in Gatlinburg I am able to check and inspect most of our cleanings. I will personally check and make sure any of the things you say were not clean will be taken care of immediately. We spray the house on a montly bases for pest. For future guest the power lines are in the pictures. The pictures were taken off the baclony looking straight at the mountains. They are very accurate. You can see power lines in the picture to left if you are looking at the mountains. We are close to Gatlinburg with that being one of our best selling points. We are located on the mountain looking down on the city, so you do have to drive up the mountain. It is a paved road.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Greystone house. It was warm, cozy and welcoming. The views were gorgeous. We spent a lot of time out on the deck overlooking Gatlinburg and watching the sunrise. The home is beautiful! Very nice location. It is easier to get to from pigeon forge and then descend into gatlinburg. The only negative is that it isn’t really walkable but still close to drive. The home is set up well for family movies at night with great seating! Would highly recommend

Our stay was great. More clarification of the location, access to the property being on the mountain would have been good. Pulling two trailers to this property is not ideal. We hauled motorcycles to ride the area and did ok getting in and out with the trailer but would have preferred not to tackle the steep drive or side of the mountain.

Very helpful host. When winter weather moved in, she worked with us to make sure we were safe. The house had lots of space and the views were breathtaking, with close proximity to town. We really enjoyed our time here!

Why they chose this property

We love Gatlinburg and have lived here almost all our lives. We bought this house because it has a million dollar view and you cannot find property like this so close to downtown and easy to get too! Location and Views and how easy it its to get to Gatlinburg. One of the first areas in Gatlinburg and they usually have best locations. The views of the Great Smokey Mountains and the city of Gatlinburg. So close to everything but still so special with location and how it sits on a point. Not crowded with someone right next door to you. The orginal lots are so much more spacious.

What makes this property unique

The views and location are the reason we bought this home!! You cannot find property like this anymore!!! You have a trillion dollar view out of every window!! We personally manage and inspect our homes. Your great experience is inmportant to us. Again Views and location and how comfortable our home is. We take pride in our home and your experience. You can see the city of Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. We have seven chairs that recline in the living room so everyone can relax and just look at the beautiful mountains.
