True home away from home

Very spacious, comfortable furnished and extremely clean apartment. Kitchen is well equipped with all pots, dishes and tools you will ever need. There is also a library with lots of books in many languages. Fantastic ! The location is great: there is a bakery across the street, small grocery store and a drugstore in the next building. There is a direct bus to the one of the best shopping malls in town (Galeria Mokotow) and another direct bus to the Old Town. The short walk through Morskie Oko park will get you to the famous Lazienki Park. I really can't think of a better place to stay in Warsaw.

This Property addressed all our needs!

Great communication with our host, who has been very accommodating to our needs. The location was great, as we know Warsaw well and we were able to move around with great ease and take advantage of beautiful walks through the parks. We were so nicely surprised to find not only tea and coffee, but the fridge was supplied with food. We welcomed this after 35 hr of travel. We will be coming back and we found this apartment of great value. Thank you to the host and Mrs. Barbara.

Très bonne communication avec le Propriétaire, super accueil à l'arrivée, appartement propre et fidèle à l'annonce. Proche toutes commodités et à 20min du centre. Je recommande sans problème.

Przestronne mieszkanie w dobrze skomunikowanym miejscu

Mieszkanie duże, jasne, położone w dobrze skomunikowanym miejscu Warszawy, w bliskim sąsiedztwie parków: Park Morskie Oko i nieco dalej Łazienki - można przejść parkami nad Wisłę, a nawet aż na Stare Miasto lub dojechać tramwajem/ autobusem. W okolicy sklepy, piekarnia, kawiarnie restauracje, dobra księgarnia. Życzliwy, dyspozycyjny gospodarz. Polecamy.

Definitely not modern by any stretch of the imagination

This apartment was more like an air B&B than a holiday let. Yes it was spacious and clean but a few fancy lights don't make it modern. It was convenient to tour Warsaw. However the real issues were: Safety - there was no smoke alarm although we thought this was an EU prerequisite. Parking - there were only parking meters immediately outside the apartment building. About 400 metres along the road there was free street parking, if you could get a space. Alternately, opposite this, you could pay a daily fee to park in the hospital car park (which we did) Deposit. The owner asks that the second payment is paid in cash directly to his neighbour, on arrival, not the website. Now you have lost any/all protection from the website. In addition he asks for a further deposit against any damage, also paid to the neighbour. This person disappears, leaving no receipt and you are left to hope she reappears at the agreed time. (Fortunately she did). The owner phones repeatedly until this is done.

Yes, the vistor is right. - The parking description given by the visitor is exactly the same as announced in detail on Homelidays website since 10 years. - The payment terms and warranty deposit described by the visitor are exactly the same as given in the e-mail exchange with him at the time of his reservation and as accepted by him 6 months before. There was no surprise and no reason to any disappointment. All previous visitors since 10 years gave the high ranking for my apartment and never complained for any of the above. PS. The visitor forgot to say that he did not propose to pay the remaining part of the rental directly at the arrival time. I had to give him a call the next day and ask my neighbor to come again to collect it. Thanks to the visitor for his remark about the smoke alarm. Easy to install.

Schöne grosse Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Einzelbetten. Grosse, gut ausgestattete Küche. Verkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum optimal, Nähe zum sehenswerten Lazienki-Park. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie um die Ecke. Herzlicher und vor allem sehr flexibler Empfang durch Leszek und Barbara, die polnischsprachigen Nachbarn des Besitzers, der im Ausland wohnt. Empfehlenswert.

La casa è veramente comoda , spaziosa e ben curata. La posizione è ideale per spostarsi in città.

La casa è veramente comoda,ottima l'accoglienza ricevuta, il proprietario ,gentilissimo, ci ha fornito un vademecum con ottimi consigli pratici e il vicino addetto alla consegna delle chiavi è stato veramente molto gentile. La posizione risulta ottima per ogni tipo di spostamento, a pochi passsi il tram per il centro,. a soli 10 minuti di cammino si trova la fermata della metropolitana. Per chi predilige una camminata si può arrivare in cento attraverso il parco Lazienki che si trova vicinissimo (consiglio vivamente). Consiglio questa struttura che risulta fedele alle immagini proposte.

Un endroit à recommander sans hésitation

Ceci est l'un des meilleurs propietés que j'ai loué pour mes vacances. Spacieuse, équipée jusque dans les moindres détails avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Belle décoration. Impeccablement propre. L'attention du propriétaire a été également impeccable, en accordant une attention à notre demande de logement avec seulement 48 heures d'avis. Les personnes qui nous ont reçu se sont comporté de manière remarquablement amicalen(même sans comprendre une autre langue que le polonais). Le propriétaire nous a aussi donné d'excellents conseils pour manger et de nombreux détails pratiques pour nous débrouiller à Varsovie lesquels ont été extrêmement utiles. La rue devant l'immeuble est modeste mais en entrant dans l'appartement, vous aurez une belle surprise. L'appartement est également situé à distance de marche des transports en commun (tramway, métro et bus) qui vous mènera au centre-ville et d'autres attractions. Un endroit à recommander sans aucune hésitation pour connaitre Varsovie. This is one of the best apartments I've rented for vacation. Spacious, equipped up to the smallest detail with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful decor. Immaculately clean. The attention of the owner was also impeccable, giving attention to our request for accommodation with just 48 hours notice. Persons who received us behaved so remarkably friendly (despite not understanding another language than Polish). The owner also gave us great recommendations for eating and many practical details to stay by ourselves in Warsaw which were extremely helpful. The street and the outside of the building look modest but upon entering the apartment you will have a wonderful surprise. The apartment is also located within walking distance of public transport (tramway, metro and bus) that will take you to the city center and other attractions. A location to recommend without any hesitation to know Warsaw.

vraiment super

Tout est exactement tel que décrit dans la publicité du site. On a très apprécié et l'appartement est grand confortable et surtout il ne manque de rien pour cuisiner. Facile de se rendre dans la vieille ville en bus ou tramway qui passent tous les deux juste au coin de la rue. Aussi épicerie et restaurants se trouvent à quelques pas de l'appartement. On le recommande grandement à tous.

Fiable et sérieux à tout point de vue

Appartement très confortable, très bon standing, bien situé, à proximité de multiples services de transports, restauration, change (Kantor)... La description de la location et de sa situation était précise et conforme. Location propre et très bien entretenue. Une adresse à retenir

"Très bon accueil par le voisin. Appartement conforme au descriptif. Propre, spacieux, bien aménagé, calme, wifi, équipement. Proche des commodités : magasins, transports, cinémas, restaurants, parcs etc. Réfrigérateur rempli pour un premier petit déjeuner. Bref, nous avions une bonne base de repli pour nous reposer de nos escapades dans Varsovie. Nous avons conservé les coordonnées pour notre prochain séjour à Varsovie."

L’appartement loué par Monsieur Marek S. est au 7 de la rue Madalińskiego dans le quartier Mokotóv. Le quartier n’est pas spécialement riche; je craignais qu’il ne fût un peu dangereux, mais pas du tout. J’y ai plutôt vu un quartier résidentiel normal avec des enfants et juste ce qu’il faut de commerces pour le rendre très agréable. Sa situation est quasi parfaite avec ses trams qui nous conduisent au centre en dix minutes. Ses plus gros défauts sont 1. L’immeuble, la vue de l’extérieur, son entrée et l’escalier ne sont pas beaux (dixit M. S. lui-même). Regardez sur Steet View vous verrez que ce n’est pas traumatisant. 2. Les lits de la chambre arrière sont vraiment étroits mais elle demeure préférable à cause du bruit de la rue audible dans la chambre avant. 3. L’aération du cabinet de toilette au centre de l’appartement est parfois insuffisante. Mais rien dans ce qui précède ne m’empêchera de donner 5/5 à cet appartement parce que 1. La qualité première recherchée, la propreté, est réelle et partout. 2. Les voisins immédiats (et même dans les commerces) sont tellement gentils qu’on a presque le goût de s’installer à Varsovie. 3. L’équipement est complet et fonctionnel. Il est dommage que ce commentaire ne puisse servir à décrire le plaisir de visiter Varsovie; il y aurait tant de belles choses à dire. En tous cas, une excursion d'un jour à Cracovie, en train, est très réalisable et réservez vos places à l'opéra (www.teatrwielki.pl), ça vaut la peine!

Grande qualité/prix

Logement confortable, grand et propre. Bien équipé. Le centre-ville est facile d'accès. Le propriétaire, qui était absent avec prévu un accueil chaleureux, une notice pleine d'informations sur l'appartement et les environs.

"L''appartement est bien situé : - bus, tramway, métro proche et desservant tous les quartiers de Varsovie (Ex la vieille ville ou le château de Wilanow) - commodités (supérettes, restaurants) à deux pas - parcs de Lazienski à 5 min à pied Il est bien équipé (machine à laver le linge, sèche cheveux, grille pain...), il y a vraiment tout pour cuisiner et se sentir chez soi. L''appartement est spacieux, lumineux, propre et calme. Les indications données par le propriétaire sont très utiles et très claires. Les voisins sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette location."

"Tout était très bien. Le logement est à proximité de nombreux magasins et des transports publics. L''endroit est raisonnablement calme. Une réserve toutefois s''agissant de l''aménagement du logement. Des deux chambres à coucher, l''une était en fait un bureau avec deux lits et convient plutôt à un couple avec enfants plutôt qu''à deux couples (ce que nous étions)."

"La description de lappartement avant la location de M. G. a été entèrement exacte et bien connu du locataire. Donc,donc bien que sa remarque était juste, elle ne permettait pas de diminuer la note dappreciation (4/5 au lieu de 5/5 pour comme pour toutes autres appreciation pour cet appartement). Cependent suite à cette remarque lamenagement de lappartement a été modifié recemment. Maintenant lappartement offre soit: 4 lits simples, soit: 2 x lits doubles et convient donc aux 2 couples aussi"
