An elegant veranda (75 sqm), partly shaded, is furnished with outdoor sitting areas and embellished with a garden rich in flowers and Mediterranean plants, which surrounds the whole house.
An external kitchen with barbecue and dining table.
External shower next to the pool.
Parking space with a capacity of 2 cars.

Inside description
The villa is furnished in modern minimalist style and consists of a living area and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A wide and luminous living room, surrounded by windows, offers a beautiful view on the garden and the pool. It overlooks the terrace and is equipped with lounge, dining table, TV and satellite decoder.
A modern kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, electric oven and dishwasher.
The sleeping area offers three bedrooms: two twin bedrooms with access to the garden and a double bedroom with view on the pool and the garden. The double bedroom is equipped with walk-in closet and a spacious en-suite bathroom with tub.
A second bathroom with shower.
A laundry with washing machine and utility sink.
The whole house is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms.

Fantastic villa

We had great time in marina di Ragusa. The villa is in a nice peaceful location with everything you could need for a great holiday. The swimming pool and outside area are very well maintained. We will definitely be back

Nice holiday home

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Euterpe. Fantastic outdoor facilities, the pool and Different seating possibilities all day around. Inside facilities covered all our needs, allowing for nice meals and evening gamles. Great air-con. Didn’t have car so the trip to the supermarket was the days exercise in the heat, uphill all the way home. Excellent support from the property manager.

A true heaven

Located in a gated community just 10 minutes walk to the center. Close to a big supermarket. When your in the house its so nice and quiet. Its the feeling you know you dont want to leave the house at all. Excellent long pool. Perfect outdoor terraces. Outdoor kitchen. Nice and comfy beds. Will be back for sure. Sehr saubere Wohnung, toller großer Pool mit Privatsphäre und 6 Poolliegen.Schade war, dass das Wasser in den Duschen nicht richtig warm wurde und die Ausstattung der Küche zum Teil spartanisch war. Dafür hatten wir 2 Kühlschränke und eine Waschmaschine, was nicht alltäglich ist.Wir haben uns dann einfach im Supermarkt ein paar Weingläser gekauft und für nachfolgende Gäste dagelassen. Alles in allem eine toller Aufenthalt mit kleinem PunktabzugUnser Ausflugstipp ist der Naturschutzstrand am Rand von Marina di Ragusa.

wunderschön

hell, freundlich, einfach toll. Die Villa ist genau so wie auf den Bilder im Internet, Super Pool, tolle Einrichtung. Es hat einfach Spaß gemacht draußen und auf der Kochinsel in der offene Küche zu kochen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit :-D

Schönes großes helles Feriehaus

Wir haben zu Viert eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten z.B. der Wohnzimmerbereich mit der offenen Küche. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und zwei kleinere Schlafzimmer und ein seperates Bad, sowie eine Toilette in der auch eine Waschmaschine und ein zweiter Kühlschrank steht. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet (Ikea-Möbel?) und teilweise etwas abgenutzt . Es gibt einen (großen) Gasherd in der Küche, leider war nicht genug Druck auf dem Gas, sodass z.B. Braten von Fleisch nicht möglich war und es insgesamt sehr lange gedauert hat. Eine Kaffeemaschine bzw. Kaffeekanne und Filter sind nicht vorhanden. Die beiden Terrassen (eine davon mit Sonnendach, großem Esstisch, Gaskocher und Grill) sind groß, genauso wie der Pool, in dem man auch gut schwimmen kann, weil er sehr lang ist. Zum Ort und Strand ist es ein Fußweg von ungefähr 15 bis 20 Minuten (zurück mit Steigung!). Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen (bis auf die Mücken im Garten, die schon morgens bis abends ihre Opfer gesucht haben)
