Très bon séjour dans cette maison qui n’est pas récente mais l’hôte est à l’écoute pour toute question….. La petite piscine est bien agréable notamment lorsqu’il y a un bébé et qu’on ne peut pas aller à la plage à toute heure ….

Alles super, schön ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sehr netter Vermieter, der immer erreichbar war und weitergeholfen hat. Nur die Straße war aufgrund der Bautätigkeiten in der Umgebung sehr laut.

Très agréable séjour

La maison est tres bien situee, proche de belles plages . Elle est conforme à la description et comporte tout ce qui est necessaire pour passer un bon séjour, notamment une piscine sur une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Schöne Haus, braucht etwas Pflege

Es ist eigentlich ein Haus mit zwei getrennten Wohnungen, die aber gemeinsam vermietet werden. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut, es braucht aber dringend mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Die Aussage aus früheren Jahren zur ruhigen Umgebung stimmt zwar im Kern, aber in direkter Nachbarschaft im Tal werden aktuell sicherlich 20 Häuser gebaut. Außerhalb der Arbeitszeiten ist es ruhig. Es hat einen tollen gepflegten Pool mit Liegestühlen und Sitzgruppe, aber man merkt an vielen kleinen Dingen, dass es an Wartung fehlt. Wir waren mit drei Jungen zwischen 14 und 16 unterwegs, die die beiden Schlafzimmer in der oberen Wohnung genutzt haben. Die Erwachsenen haben das Schlafzimmer in der unteren Wohnung genutzt. Die ehemals sicherlich vollständige Ausstattung war an vielen Stellen defekt. Der DVD-Player, das Radio, die Filterkaffeemaschine, die Außenbeleuchtung zwischen den Wohnungen, Handtuchhalter im Bad der unteren Wohnung fehlten komplett. Die Kleiderschränke haben keine Bügel, die drei verbogenen Bügel aus der Reinigung zähle ich nicht. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergerschoss haben Mückennetzrollos. Leider waren diese kaputt. Ein Mückennetz mit 10 cm großen Löchern hat keine Funktion und in der Lage braucht man Mückenschutz!! Das Ergebnis ist, dass man möglichst die Fenster geschlossen hält, damit die Mücken nicht reinkommen. Der Betrieb der dadurch notwendigen Klimaanlage kostet im Zweifel mehr als ein einfaches Fenstermückennetz, welches vor Ort in den Geschäften zu kaufen ist. Dieses Problem betrifft auch den Wohnbereich und die untere Wohnung. Kein einziges Fenster hat Mückenschutz, was ein echtes Manko ist. Die obere Wohnung hatte eine schöne Küchenzeile mit Induktionsfeld mit drei Feldern, leider waren aber manche Töpfe nicht für Induktion geeignet. Auf Mitteilung brachte der Vermieter zwar sofort einen Ersatztopf, aber die Ausstattung war nicht passend für die Anzahl der Personen. Mit kleinen Töpfen und Pfannen kann man nicht für 5 oder 6 Personen kochen, erst recht nicht mit drei Platten. Offenbar waren viele Küchengegenstände aus der unteren Wohnung irgendwann in die obere Wohnung gewandert, um Lücken zu füllen. Die untere Wohnung wäre gerade für größere Familien eine tolle Möglichkeit, dass man einen Rückzugsort hat. Aber trotz vorhandenen Anschluss und TV-Möbel gibt es dort keinen Fernseher, im Schrank steht nur ein alter 30cm-Röhren-Fernseher.

Nous avons été très enchantés de notre séjour qui était parfaitement conforme à la description. We loved this house! The location is wonderful! On a quiet small street, close to beaches and Porto Vecchio - the house has been completely modernised, meaning we had a brand new washing machine, disherwasher and fridge and kitchen counter tops. The view and serenity is amazing, the cute pool (area) super for lounging and chilling! REALLY to recommended!

We stayed 1 week late april, so it was quilt in the region ( we had perfect weather, but you never know) The villa was as discirbed, but with a brand new kitchen, Micro/oven, induction, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter)...Beds are good, bathroom was also good..Villa has 2 storeys, the main villa has 2 bedrooms, new kitchen and livingroom (good couch), the lower part is a studio, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and kitchenette....the "studio" is accessiblevia the outside ( stairs)...Towels and bedlinnen are provided...Owner is very kind and helpfull and speaks english pretty well...We just loved the place, very close to the beaches, 15-20 min. to supermarkerts....We recommend this villa

Traumhafter Urlaub in St. Lucie und Umgebung

Wir haben ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit funktionierenden Elektrogeräten angetroffen. Es war zudem sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Auf der Veranda konnten wir jeden morgen auch als Spätaufsteher im Schatten frühstücken. Der Vermieter war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht gut englisch und hat uns sogar am Ankunftstag nachts um halb Zwölf noch Handtücher gebracht, die wir vergessen hatten zu bestellen. Jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Das Haus hat einen schönen kleinen angenehm warmen Pool mit einem angrenzenden Lounge-Bereich indem man wunderbar relaxen kann. Der Blick vom Pool auf das Gebirge und die grüne Umgebung ist fantastisch. In direkter Nähe gibt es eine kleine Pizzeria mit köstlicher Pizza. Ansonsten ist man in 10 min. mit dem Auto an schönen Stränden. Unterhalb des Hauses füht eine Straße entlang, die aber zum Glück wenig befahren ist. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr gut erholt und können das Haus mit Pool in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.
