We arrived in Pattaya to find this lovely condo on the beach, it was very large and well decorated. beautiful ocean views from all balconies and bedrooms. the location was close to resturants, beach and nightlife, but quiet enough to get a very good nights sleep. the condo complex has a swimming pool, and other amenities that make relaxing easy. the condo has a well equipt full size kitchen, comfortable furniture and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Will stay here again next time! Peter J

Quiet location and meticulous attention to details

Staying in this apartment was the perfect choice. It started with realizing how impressive and clean the condo building was, and continued with the easy check in: the concierge walked us up to the unit, got everything started for us, and explained how to use the equipment. The location is far enough from the center of Pattaya to be quiet, but there are three 24 hour stores within a minute walk, as well as numerous restaurants and street food vendors. The salt water pool is huge and clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, with sunsets behind the island across the bay. Everything in the unit shows meticulous attention to details, down to the crispy clean linen bedding, the seemingly unlimited number of towels, and even pictures of cute little smiley fish on the shower curtain and the floor mats! The beach just in front of the condo is not the best, but a left turn and a three minutes walk along the beach will get you to a much nicer beach. Overall a great choice at an amazing price.

Breathtaking view!

4 stars for the view, the place was spacious and has everything you need in the kitchen. Quiet nice beach away from the all the tourist just right out at doorstep. The pool was nice and never crowded. The internet was good but can only connect 1 device at the time. Stores and nice restaurants are near by. A great place to stay for long vacation. This place could’ve got 5 stars if there weren’t any cleaning issues for us. Our checking in was bad! The office guy working in the evening was rude and unfriendly. Took almost 30 mins of questions about my reservations, and he didn’t even take the time to look and the note from the owner that was right on his desk! After we got keys, we had to find our way to the room, turning on everything ourselves and find out the place hasn’t been cleaned after the last renter checked out. It was disgusting! We spent 4 hours cleaning, just to get though the night. The only thing kept me from walking out of that place was the view! The house keeping showed up the next day to clean whatever was left but they never cleaned any floor mats, cushions and pillows, which was disgusting. We didn’t use any of that. We decided to buy our own pillows for the stay. I’m not sure if the owner was aware or noticed all of those issues. We started off with a very bad experience, but at the end, the owner tried to make it right which was appreciated.

We had a great holiday in this hote

We were very pleased with the spacious apartment. Especially three bathrooms that was very convenient. Everything. you need was available in the apartment. Very clean grounds with a nice pool. Also the beach was in good condition. The security was okay we did not need to worry about the unauthorized coming to the hotel. The hotel staff was always friendly and also with questions quite helpful. From Pattaya there is a lot to see you can do a lot. Nice was also the Ausfllug on the coral island. We only met friendly people in Pattay and a German host. It was a nice holiday for us four adults with a baby at 7 months

Great place to stay.

Hi the apartment was great we all enjoyed our time there.there is just one thing the owner should be aware of.the ladies that cleaned the apartment did not change the bedding at all during our six week stay.we only realised this after a couple of weeks.we washed the sheets ourselves.and the towels we ended up changing and sending to the laundry ourselves.also the leaking tap was not mended so water was leaking out of it all the time and costing the owner money.none of this really mattered we enjoyed our time there.this feedback is to let sue the owner be aware off. All in all the apartment pool and the area was very good.there is plenty of restaurants and shops well within walking distance.there is even a little bar on the complex which was very good they even organized a little party for us when we left.great holiday.

Awesome Big House, With all the necessities

If you are looking for some relaxing time in Pattaya, away from hustle and bustle, this is the place for you, it has almost all basic amenities,amazing swimming pool, private access to the beach and there are family marts nearby as well as some good restaurants, the only complaint is that air conditioner in one of the room wasn't working and also wash basin in the same room was clogged!

Had a great stay at this property

Had a great time at this property, just far enough from main town of Pattaya and had nice amenities close by. When checking in at front desk they only gave me one key and said only one which changes things a little. Later on in the week when be came difficult with one key, was going to leave at front desk, the lady at that time gave second key. Beds were comfy and rooms far apart which was nice and a great view... Thank you and had a great time... Terry

The accommodation was beautiful with spectacular views. Just as described. Needs a kettle though.

I would have given this property 5 stars but for the unhelpful staff in reception. Everything was too much for them. Also security guard around the pool likes to enforce his many rules. It seemed like he was spying on us waiting for us to do something wrong. I've found most Thai people to be very friendly but in these condos they were not. On a more positive note, great communication with the owner. Location a bit out of the way but nice and peaceful and only 200bhart in a tuktuk into centre. would recommended.

Fabulous condo with spectacular decks and views

Anyone considering staying here need look no further. The view from the central deck, a large and wide one, is breathtaking, sweeping from the skyscrapers of downtown past the islands in the Gulf to the raft of giant tankers waiting to port. The layout of the 2+ bedroom condo is very handy, with four comfy couches, including one outdoors. The outdoor table makes for a great breakfast. A final note is the wonderfulness of the saltwater pool, warm and silky. It's a bit of taxi ride to the glitzy downtown but there are restaurants, massage places, and handy minimarts in walking distance. I give this a top rating, recommending it without reservation.

Perfect condo for family holiday!

We rented this unit for my son and his family for their visit - two adults, two teenagers, and a child. It worked out great for them! Nice breezes from the sea, spectacular views,, and all needs available within easy walking distance. They really liked the swimming pool, and Leo's pub and the coffee shop in the lobby. Breakfast in the garden restaurant (the Hopper) right next door was a treat on several days, and the beach side Surf and Turf restaurant just down the boardwalk was a hit. It was also very convenient to have taxis right across the street which made travel around Pattaya simple.The building staff were very helpful throughout, laundry service was very prompt and inexpensive. We would definitely rent again for future guests.

Great Apartment

Lovely comfortable apartment, it has great sea views with a nice sea breeze, we hardly turned on the air con at all. It is in a great location which feels very safe, there is 24 hour security. The apartment has comfortable furniture and is tastefully decorated. Great owner honest and easy to deal with. Highly recommended will definitely come back again! Thank you very much for our lovely stay.

Chritmas in Thailand 2014

Lovely condo. Just far enough away from Pattaya centre to make it relaxing. Shame about builders on beach but only need to walk extra 100 yards to get past and onto super beach area. Loungers on balconies and hanging space for clothes would be nice but no other improvements required.
