Great modern apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen-dining room, fully equipped and a balcony with stunning sea views. Very bright, with double height and idyllic attic (one bedroom). Very quiet and well located, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, downtown, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Recently renovated with WIFI and TV of international channels.
Being located at the entrance to the town of Morro Jable there may be some noise traffic circulation.

Lovely, relaxed new looking property. Air conditioning was a life saver as we had a hotter than normal spell whilst there. Neighbour was nice, a fiesta was on in local plaza which we went to which was great. Staff in local bars and restaurants were so friendly and accommodating too (the Guinness bar was great) The beach was minutes away and one of the best beaches we’ve been to - definitely keen to return. Thank you again Carmen !!!

Värden var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. Lägenheten hade allt man kunde önska och var mycket fräsch och välstädad. Fin havsutsikt. Speciellt bra med balkongen i vindskyddat söderläge och med markis - man kunde välja mellan allt från sol till helskugga.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage. Nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, das Meer kann man vom großen Balkon schon sehen. Großer Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke, Fußgängerzone und Strandpromenade sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt für einen schönen Urlaub, großer Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd mit ausreichend Kochplatten, Kaffeemaschine und sogar eine Waschmaschine (wenn man mal ein paar Handtücher waschen will). Bad, Küche und Schlafzimmer sind modern und neuwertig. Carmen als Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht und auch ansprechbar wenn was unklar ist. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe durch Code-Box an der Tür. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden unseren Urlaub nochmals dort verbringen.

Very nice stay, close to the beach!

We enjoyed our holiday very much, because of this great apartment near the sea of Morro Jable. We arrived in a clean and tidy apartment. The kitchen was great for cooking our dinners when we didn't feel like eating out. The terrace had a great ocean view and at times you could hear the ocean. In the reviews we read about the traffic and it being very loud, but we didn't agree with that. It was very nice to have a big supermarket close to where you stay, it had everything! The pueblo of Morro Jable was one of the nicest we've seen on the island to walk and to enjoy some food. Also the beaches: they are breathtaking! Clear water and white sand, no rocks. From Morro Jable it was only about a 10 minute drive to do surfing: wave, surfing and kite surfing. They take you to the great spots, so no need to stay close to the spots! Carmen, thank you very much for this great apartment at a great spot. We've had a lovely 8 days!

Ideales Appartment für Urlaub in Morro Jable, Toll und Danke an die Vermieterin

Eine super schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Bestens und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Eine sehr schöne Urlaubsalternative zu den umliegenden riesigen Hotel - und Clubbauten. Ein paar Schritte sind es bis zum tollen Sandstrand von Jandia und in das Dörfchen Morro Jable.

Tolle Lage, aber. etwas laut

Das Apartment liegt toll zum herrlichen Strand und zur Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Auch die Nachbarschaft zum Supermarkt ist ein Plus. Die Ausstattung ist ok. Man würde sich drei Steckdosen mehr wünschen. Leider ist die umlaufende Straße sehr gut zu hören, auch nachts. Besonders nervig ist der Lieferverkehr für die benachbarten Hotels. Die Betreuung war sehr gut.

Urlaub mit Meerblick

Wir waren im November mit unserem Sohn (4J) für 14 Tage bei Carmen zu Gast. Carmen ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, der Kontakt vor und während unseres Urlaubs war herzlich und unkompliziert. Danke für den Begrüssungskorb! Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral in Morro del Jable, 2 min zum tollen Strand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants- dito 2 min zum grossen Supermarkt - perfekt! Die Aussicht auf das Meer und den Ort wunderschön. Einschlafen bei Wellenrauschen.... Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich- wie auf den Fotos. Das Bett oben ist 1.40 m mit einer durchgehenden Matraze, die angenehm hart ist für spanische Verhältnisse. Das Zimmer unten (vergitterte Fenster nach hinten raus) hat 2 Einzelbetten mit weicheren Matrazen - in dem Raum ist es sehr kühl nachts und es zieht immer ein wenig wenn es windig ist. Es gibt 2 Ventilatoren (keine Klimaanlage). Ganz toll mit Kind war auch die Waschmaschine im Badezimmer und das Sandspielzeug (wir lassen auch noch was da). sowie der stabile Sonnenschirm. Vermisst haben wir etwas mehr Ablageflächen im Wohnzimmer und vor allem in der Küche od Gardrobenhaken im Flur  um z.B. Jacken od Strandtaschen aufzuhängen. Die Küche ist zweckmässig mit allem was man braucht und  Kaffeemaschine, zum Kochen jedoch viel zu klein. Für Eltern mit Kleinkindern ist die Wohnung nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen, da die Treppe (nicht gesichert!) und oben alles offen gestaltet ist. Carmen hat den Treppenlauf auf Nachfrage noch mit einem Vorhang nachträglich "gesichert", die Gefahr abzustürzen gerade bei Kleinkindern ist jedoch trotzdem gross. Unser Sohn durfte nur in unserer Begleitung nach oben, was ein bisschen anstrengend war .. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Lage direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse- es  ist leider oft sehr laut morgens und tagsüber durch LKW und BUS Verkehr. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und angenehm. Nachts ist es ruhig. Parken direkt am Haus ist nicht möglich - man muss einen Parkplatz einen Block weiter suchen, was je nach Tageszeit schwierig sein kann. Wir haben nach 1 Woche einmalig  Betten - und Handtuchwechsel sowie Reinigungsservice dazugebucht. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Appartement, tolle Lage (mit ein paar Abstrichen)

wir sind vom 28.09.-08.10.2019 dort gewesen. Das Appartment ist sehr hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage mit Aussicht ist sehr schön und hat gehalten, was versprochen wurde. Der Supermarkt ist ca. zwei Gehminuten mit der Abkürzung durch das Parkhaus entfernt. Alle Restaurants am Strand von Morro Jable sind in max. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch der Straßenverkehr der Avenida de jandia störte nicht so sonderlich. Also das war alles bestens und nicht zu toppen. Teilweise deutlich lauter wird es in den frühen Morgenstunden zwischen 06:00-07:30, wenn in den beiden Hotels in direkter Umgebung Waren- oder auch Touristenanlieferungen erfolgen. Wenn also da Jemand empfindlich ist, dann muss er sich das sicher überlegen. Da wir eher früh aufstehen, hat uns das nicht sonderlich gestört. Parken vor dem Haus ist nicht möglich, da muss man schon mal Ehrenrunden drehen und ggf. auch das Auto 5-10 Gehminuten weit weg abstellen. Ansonsten hat die Abwicklung der Übergabe weitestgehend reibungslos funktioniert (kleine Sprachbarriere durch die Schwester (Alicia) von Carmen, die nur spanisch spricht). Begrüßt wurden wir im Appartment auch mit einem Obstkorb mit Bananen, Äpfeln und Birnen sowie einer Flasche Rotwein; vielen Dank dafür!

Mitten im Fischerdorf und doch unweit vom sehr schönen Strand

Wir, insgesamt 2 Erwachsene, hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Carmen, in Moro Jable. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Besorgungen durch den in der Nähe befindlichen sehr gut sortier-ten Supermarkt optimal und auch der ausgezeichnete Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Bars, um z. B. vor dem Essen einen Aperitif einzunehmen, sowie auch die Restaurants, die stets fri-schen Fisch anbieten, sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Die Ausstat-tung der Ferienwohnung ist ansprechend (Staubsauber wäre, wegen dem vielen Sand von Vorteil + Kaffeemaschine sollte hin und wieder entkalkt sowie Besen ausgewechselt werden). Lobenswert ist, dass Carmen, trotz eines Krankenhausaufenthaltes (gute Genesung bzw. Besserung bei der Gelegenheit) dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir persönlich empfangen wor-den sind, um uns die Ferienwohnung zu erklären. Wir sind über kurze Wege (Schleichwege, die uns schneller zum Supermarkt und Strand ge-führt haben) informiert worden. Etwas unangenehm wurde der Baulärm empfunden, der vom benachbarten Hotel X-Palacete aber auch der Wohnanlage selbst ausgegangen ist, was Carmen aber nicht anzulasten ist - das geht schließlich vorüber. Auch der schon sehr früh am Morgen einsetzende Verkehrslärm (Belieferung der gegenüberliegenden Hotels) ist zu erwähnen und nicht gerade positiv für Erholungssuchende. mfg/familie siegert, oberstdorf

Clean, modern apartment- great views and perfect location

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Carmen the owner was so helpful - sending us maps and making sure we were met at the door, even though she was not well. She also contacted us several times during our stay to make sure everything was ok and we didn’t need help with anything. The apartment has been very well decorated with a large airy living space and mezzanine bedroom and has everything you need. The balcony overlooks the bay and the village so looks great both in the day and night. Location is great - 5 mins to the beautiful beach and many bars and restaurants yet not noisy at all. Also only a couple of minutes walk to a great supermarket. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and will definitely return

Einfach alles perfekt :-)

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, zu Fuß zum Strand in 1 Minute. Es ist toll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sogar Obst und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. Carmen ist sehr, sehr nett und bemüht. Die Lage und der Blick aufs mehr wunderschön! Wir danken Carmen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tolles Apartment in bester Lage - gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes, modernes und hochwertiges Apartment in sehr zentraler Lage. Bars, Restaurant, Strand & Supermarkt liegen um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, sogar Utensilien im Bad wie zum Beispiel Shampoo, Duschbad etc. sind vorhanden. Carmen ist ein äußerst netter Gastgeber, die stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht ist und gerne mit Tipps zur Verfügung steht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
