Una casa espaciosa y cómoda con todo lo necesario, a un paso de la playa en una zona tranquila. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona volveremos a alojarnos aquí.

La casa está muy bien situada y es cómoda y bien equipada, excepto para el frío, aunque lo pudimos resolver y la disfrutamos.

Si , la casa tiene en el invierno una excelente calidad precio , en esta ocasión se alojaron 7 personas .
Tiene bomba frio-calor , chimenea , a la que no se proporciona leña esta si se quiere usar es por cuenta de los clientes , se lo indicamos a los clientes antes de que llegaran .
Como eran muchos , la primera noche nos demandaron algunos edredones más , que les proporcionamos.
Calabardina habitualmente, registra unas temperaturas en en el invierno unas temperaturas casi primaverales.

Nous avons choisi cette maison pour son emplacement sur la côte entre Carthagène et Alméria que nous ne connaissions pas . Les photos n'étant pas très flatteuses nous sommes arrivés avec un peu d'appréhension ! heureuse surprise ... le chalet est spacieux , calme et tout près de la plage . La photo de la salle de bains est trompeuse : elle est assez grande pour 2 car une deuxième salle de bains est intégrée dans une 2ème chambre ! de plus une douche extérieure permet de ne pas perdre de temps à 4 personnes . Les propriétaires sont particulièrement réactifs et sympathiques .La plage à 100m est belle et de nombreuses criques sauvages ,aux alentours raviront les amoureux de la nature .La côte est vraiment splendide , rocheuse par endroit et sableuse dans d'autres . Bref une bien agréable surprise pour cette location d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix .

Très satisfaits de ce premier séjour, maison conforme à la description bien entretenue confortable (chauffage, internet...) au cœur du village à deux pas de la plage et des services (commerce, pharmacie bar restaurant...) Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature avec de belles promenades pédestres et à vélo.
Accueil sympathique et bien documenté par les propriétaires,
Nous avons également apprécié Aguilas, la ville et son carnaval ainsi que les sites environnants (Cartagène, Lorca, Almeria...) Nous pensons y retourner l'hiver prochain pour profiter de la douceur du climat.

"Pour notre deuxième séjour dans la maison de Tomi, nous n''avons que des louanges à faire. Propreté parfaite, calme exceptionnel à cette période, bon équipement pour des vacances et beaucoup de possibilités de découvertes dans les environs. Nous n''avons peut-être pas fini d''y revenir !!!!"

"The house is a very pretty and clean. All amenities are work just fine. The neighbors were very friendly and nice. The town is very beautiful, peaceful and calm. And the town's bakery "Kati" is just amazing. Their baguettes and cookies are super-tasty!
