Super séjour !

Location très bien placée et très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de la plage (moins 10 minutes à pied) et la piscine directement accessible depuis la terrasse (le gros plus avec les enfants). La disponibilité et la gentillesse d'Inês sont également à noter 🤩

Excellent location, in a calm and well kept condominium. House in good conditions and with all the amenities. Very frendly owner, allways available and attentive. authorizing a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated!

O condomínio tem um espaço exterior muito agradável. A habitação tem um quarto interior que na realidade é uma dispensa com uma cama e e beliche, digo isto porque tem a máquina de lavar, uma caldeira separadas por um cortinado. beliche não tem escada e a proteção de segurança está solta. O grelhador está em muito mau estado. Em suma a habitação não tem qualidade para os preços praticados.

on a adoré notre séjour !

Ines la propriétaire nous a accueillie avec beaucoup de gentillesse et a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ines a toujours répondu à nos messages, nos questions et nos demandent dans les 5 minutes !!! La Résidence est à 3 minutes du ferry, 10 minutes de Troya (ville récente) et 15 minutes de Comporta et des superbes plages. L'appartement en rez de chaussé est aux pieds des 2 piscines et à côté du tennis, idéal pour nos enfants. Il est fonctionnel, très propre et identique à la photo. La terrasse est très agréable, nous aurions aimé avoir 2 chaises longues ou fauteuils pour se relaxer mais on posait nos serviettes de plage sur la pelouse prêt de la piscine comme les autres résidents ! petit bémol le BBQ pas très engageant, il faudrait le nettoyer ou le remplacer par un plus récent. La résidence est très très calme, nous étions souvent les seuls dans la piscine ! on y trouve aussi un minimarket et une ATM machine. Bref nous avons adoré notre séjour et pensons déjà à revenir !
