Wonderful Villa, private pool garden over the mediterranean sea -Nabeul -Tunisia

Ideally located, in the heart of the Cap Bon peninsula region. This property give you a unique feeling that you‘re really on holiday. The beautiful sandy beach is 5-10 minutes
walk and about 200m away from the Jasmin hotel, this is our neighbouring hotel 5 minutes walk. You can relax at the swimming pool, the pool bar and a pool for children. The staff there is very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of excellent restaurants with great food in the area. Very comfortable accommodation for eight people and has one baby bed very well equipped.
The villa is ideal for families and is safe for children.
Easy access to all amenities Charming villa, ground floor, enclosed garden, air conditioning and central heating.
Very bright and beautiful spaces make it a relaxing living room. (Sofa 3/2/1), satellite TV, DVD, mini hifi, dining room, a traditional tea room and a Moorish functional fireplace. A typical Riad. Four bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds and 1 cot).
The rooms are equipped with locks (wardrobe, shelves, hangers), including 3 open onto garden terraces to wake up enchanted. Quilts, duvet covers and sheets are provided.
A very well equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher, you can delight your family with typical and varied menus, cook books, kitchen furniture, garden chairs and parasol, 1 barbecue mobile 12 seats and an outdoor shower are at your disposal. A superb pool (see the photo in my advert), 2 steps from the house (the Jasmin Hotel has a access fee of 3 EURO per person).
Note : New! a small pool for children well equipped (4,5 mx2,20m) situated inside the house is also available: please see photos.

Great break in a lovely Villa

We arrived in the Villa and were met by Lotfi and his wife Mary, a lovely couple who had prepared the villa very well. The rooms were all very clean and there was even some supplies so that we did not have to go out and shop. The villa is located in a quiet area but there are a couple of good restaurants nearby and it is only 10-15 minutes to the larger tourist areas. When we arrived, Lotfi kindly drove us around the area pointing out all the key places. We will happily come back for another holiday when we can.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 12 jours chez Lotfi et Mary. La maison est très agréable et très bien conçue : les chambres sont grandes et très claires et entourant l'espace salle à manger/ living/ salon de thé/. Tout est quasiment de plain pied,car seules 2 petites marches nous permettent d'accéder à l'espace chambres cuisine et salle de bain. La cuisine est spacieuse et très bien équipée, lave linge,lave vaisselle très appréciable quand on est nombreux.Au point de vue ustensiles de cuisine, rien n'a été oublié. Vous ne manquez de rien et tout est moderne de bonne qualité et design. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et nous y avons passé de belles soirées profitant du barbecue sous le bougainvillers en fleurs. La piscine, bien appréciable avec la chaleur qu'il faisait, a fait la joie des enfants. L'hôte est très gentil et très serviable.A notre arrivée nous avons été gâtés par Lotfi qui nous a offert plein de bonnes choses à manger. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied. Les commerçants sont à proximité. Nous recommandons la maison qui est super et nous avons apprécié l'hospitalité de Lotfi

Superbe semaine en famille.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le propriétaire qui était à l'écoute serviable d'une telle gentillesse un pur bonheur concernant la villa rien à dire, elle était toute équipée et super mignonne en plus de cela nous nous sentions très à l'aise comme à la maison vraiment formidable et la piscine était bien entretenu les enfants se sont bien amusées.La maison était bien située proche des plages ainsi que des commerces, je recommande sans hésiter.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé ma famille et moi un séjour très agréable. Mr Lotfi et sa femme sont très gentils et ils ont pensé a tous dans leurs maison. Même les enfants ont eu leur part de bonheur côté jouets, terrasse... Je recommande fortement cette maison qui est très bien entretenue avec des propriétaires très a l'écoute.

A perfect holiday in Nabeul

We (a family from Belgium) had a very nice holiday in the villa in Nabeul. We stayed for 2 weeks. Mr. Lotfi and his wife were always very friendly, helpful and correct. The house is very clean en perfectly equipped. Only a short walk to the swimmingpool, the sea and the shops. The garden is perfect for the evenings. I would like to recomment it to all families.

"C''est notre première experience de location d''un logement qui plus est dans un pays etranger. Le séjour s''est déroulé sans embuches à commencer par un taxi d''une grande fiabilité (aeroport-logement + excursion). Un propriétaire d''une gentillesse, d''une disponibilité et d''une efficacité sans failles. La maison est confortable et très bien entretenue. L''environnement est calme. La mer (superbe) est à 2 pas et nous avons preferé en profiter bien que l''hotel Les Jasmins avec sa piscine est effectivement tout proche. Notre seul regret est de ne pas être resté plus longtemps ..."

"C'est avec le plus grand plaisir que nous avons retrouvé, pour un second séjour, la villa et son propriétaire. La villa est originale distribuée autour d'un patio où il fait bon se retrouver autour d'un verre, avant dîner pour évoquer les évènements de la journée et les projets du lendemain. L'architecture originale permet de passer un excellent séjour à 8 adultes et 2 enfants. Elle est parfaitement équipée, au calme et d'une propreté irréprochable. La plage est toute proche et un service de bus et de taxis de louage permettent de voyager sans problème.C'est une une excellente adresse"

Single in its design, we have built it with taste and love, arranged for the pleasure and happiness of all our guests: a small pool suitable for adults and children easy access by ladder, with all equipment, a footbaths and all the basic equipment necessary (filtering, analysis and water treatment) ensuring a healthy water. For children and adolescents and why not for adults.
Great location, highly appreciated by our guests, beautiful garden, pleasant, not far from the city center and the Medina, in a nice quiet residential area.

What makes this property unique

Nabeul is small world famous resort, a beautiful peaceful and genuine spot. Near centers and entertainment facilities, assured security, tastefully decorated, contemporary furnishings. Very close to the beach, the archaeological site of Neapolis and all the small shops around, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, Parisian pastry shop, supermarket, upscale restaurant, refined cuisine.
Very well maintained house.
Two recreationals areas for young children are 10 minute walk.
Generous welcome, hospitality, assistance in case you need.
