We were a family of 15 and the space was perfect. We were so happy to spend our days poolside and enjoy the amazing outdoor space. We walked to the beach and into town.

Amazing , everything you could wish for in this very well appointed villa .We were a family of sixteen ranging in ages from 7 and 77 .The kids were in the pool from 9am until 9pm and the adults just loved the beautiful garden , who ever has the opportunity to pick grapes from the vines ! I would recommend the villa if you are looking a very relaxed type of holiday .

A beautiful property, very well equipped and suitable for our large family group. The area is convenient for travel into Lagos and Praia De Lux. Taxis or a hire car is recommended to get about however it is a short walk to a nice beach. The only thing missing really was any little local shops for convenience.

Fabulous Villa Family Vacation

Perfect for groups needing extra bedrooms and plenty of living spaces to enjoy. Our family group of 18 ranging in age between 3-64 never ran out of things to do or got in each other’s hair due to size of this villa and its facilities. Beautifully decorated and generously equipped with everything you may need during your stay. We hope to be back

Excellent Villa

Great villa and exactly as described. Location wasn't great for us as was always a drive or an Uber into Lagos for drinks, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. hire car is a must!

Family Get-together

The property was spacious and very well laid out with excellent facilities including a large well situated pool close to the outdoor dining and barbecue area where we dined each day of our stay. The games room provided plenty of entertainment for all the family. We can’t praise this villa enough, it had everything you could want for a large family of adults and children. It’s the best villa we’ve ever stayed at and we look to revisiting it.

Boom house

11 of us stayed, loads of rooms and space for us all. Loved the games room with pool table and darts. Outside cooking area was used almost every day. Highly recommend.

This villa surpassed all our expectations! It’s just a great space for large groups of all agesThe gardens areas are beautiful. Plenty Of space for everyone and more seating areas than we knew what to do with! Property management company were very responsive to any questions we had.We would love to return!

Perfect holiday destination

Thank you so much for this perfect villa. The location was great, very close to the beach and 2 restaurants, with amazing views. Villa was very well equipped, the games room and table tennis were brilliant. Ubers were very reasonable into Lagos, which was lovely and friendly. Portugal you did not disappoint us.

Beautiful Villa

2 weeks stay at this beautiful property, loads of space to accommodate us all. The outside dining area was perfect for the day and evenings too with another outside space for evening drinks, we would highly recommend the Wine tasting too, the lady came to us so the children could relax and the adults enjoy the presentation and wine tasting. Perfectly managed with any Issues / Requests that we had fixed early on. I would love to stay here again

Wonderful Villa

The photographs don’t do justice to this beautiful villa. It swallowed up all fourteen of us with room to spare. So well kitted out, and an awesome hacienda with double BBQ and eating area added to our stay. Plenty of outdoor seating and covered areas for socialising in the evening, plus the beach an easy walk away, meant it was just perfect and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying around Lagos.

Superb property for large groups

We were an extended family of 15 with 5 kids from 14 months to 10 years. The house is really high spec, loads of room, the garden and pool are spec. We paid for pool heating and worth every penny. The kitchen outside is so well stocked and perfectly suited for large parties. It’s a bit remote, we hired a car and it was much used for supermarket runs, but it’s only £4 in Uber to Lagos

Lived up to expectations

Overall, our stay at this villa was more than we expected! It isn’t often that the description online is accurate. For the size of our party, the villa is so spacious, none of us felt like we were on top of each other. All of the facilities were 5* and just perfect. Not only was we happy with the villa, the agency who we dealt with were amazing. They responded to my requests in a timely manner and helped us to organise our airport transfers and car hire. They really did help with the experience and were so professional. Highly recommend this property for anyone who is travelling as a big group of all ages.

Amazing spacious villa with excellent pool

We traveled in a large group with 10 adults and 9 children for a weeks stay in Vivenda Suecia. The communication before travelling was excellent and check-in was easy after phoning from the airport on arrival in Faro. The villa is huge, very clean and has everything you need on a holiday - my only negative comment was that the hot water supply seemed a bit small considering the number of showers taken in the morning! We very much enjoyed family dinners and lunches in the Hacienda, which has more than enough fridge and grill space! We also took advantage of the wine tasting experience at the villa, it was great value and we all very much enjoyed it!. There is a 10 minute walk to the beach along footpaths by the road, not the prettiest of surrounding areas, but the beach was lovely and we tried out one of the restaurants there which was great (but book early!!). Would definately recommend.

70th Birthday Celebrations

17 of us stayed here to celebrate my 70th year on the planet. The Villa is beautiful and exceptionally well equipped. We had lemons and limes from the fruit trees and there and several supermarkets only minutes away in a car or taxi. The outside spaces are perfect for a large family on holiday - the kids were rarely out of the pool. We had a few issues with the boiler which kept cutting out but we did not let this spoil our holiday A car is useful to get about. The nearest beach is beautiful but only has 2 places to eat and these had long queues so we preferred to make the trip to Praia de Luz where there are many cafes and restaurants right next to the beach We had the luxury of a private chef for 2 nights and can highly recommend

Family get together

This property was beautiful, extremely comfortable., and very well equipped. We were a party of 13 (8 adults and 5 children) and there was plenty of room to spread out and get some space from each other as needed in the various sitting areas both inside and out. The outdoor kitchen was amazing and most of our evening meals were cooked out here. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds but also nice grassy areas for the children to play. The games room in the basement allowed our competitive spirit to flourish! The villa was in a very quiet area and we were able to walk to the local beach although all uphill on the way back! We had a couple of hire cars which were useful for supermarket runs but local taxis were very efficient for outings. An amazing holiday was had and amazing memories made.

Fabulous family Holiday

My family and i had a really great time in this villa. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything and more that u would need. The heated pool was amazing and all the comfortable seating made our stay a luxury. Great entertaining space. Tv was a massive and had all the channels u would want. The outside space was fabulous and where we spent most of our time. The staff at Vrbo were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Overall 10 out of 10. Fabulous.

Fantastic house. Nice swimming pool. Highly recommend.

The house is big and fantastic. Well equipped, with some fancy things like a ice maker machine and a wine refrigerator. The kitchen and barbecue was not so clean as expected. Very nice for big families. The garden and pool maintenance people appear in the house, but no one told us they will come. The property management should advice they will come. Overall, it was a wonderful week. Hope we can repeat.

I'm sorry you found the kitchen and BBQ not to be clean enough I wish you had contacted us we would have re sent the cleaning team. Due to Covid we had to remove a lot of the house information that would normally be provided in the welcome book but for health and hygiene this was removed and replaced by a few information sheets that could be easily cleaned on the changeover days, garden and pool maintenance times would have been available in the welcome book and we have made note to make this clearer for future guests. We hope to see you again at Vivenda Suecia.

This house is amazing! We were a family with 13 people, kids and adults.

The house is clean, very Big and beautiful! The pool and garden area is even better than it looks. The pool table downstairs is also perfect when you travel with kids. I can warmly recomand this property ! The best we have rented so far:)
